A perfect place for a stop or longer stay! We stayed for two days. It is simple, but everything is there. Recommended!
Wonderful little place with a friendly operator. Very quiet and relaxing, with direct access to the lake. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night at this beautiful place.
Very idyllic, everything clean, tidy and available as described. The owner is really friendly.
Very pleasant family campsite with good value for money. We stayed only one night, but several nights would have been great. The only drawback was the dog, a beautiful German Shepherd, which was kept in a kennel during our stay.
Modest campsite, but everything is there. unbeatable value for money. €20 including the washing machine is really affordable. I would not have been surprised to pay extra for the machine. Large, well-defined pitches, some shaded and others sunnier. This deserved five stars, but the poor dog being locked up breaks my heart, so one star less.
Quiet, beautiful, family run campsite by a lake. €20 including ehu. All facilities (washing maching, camper services, a kitchen for cooking or washing up, showers) included. Picnic area by the lake. Toilets, albeit limited in number, are cleaned several times a day. Very friendly landlord. Cherry on the cake is Hans the landlord german shepard, beautiful, friendly dog. I would go back anytime
Very pleasant and peaceful place! We paid €20 per night for a large motorhome. Electricity is available, as are proper toilets and washing facilities. The only small downside is that there is just one men's and one women's toilet/shower room, with the toilet and shower in the same room. The location is beside a wonderfully beautiful body of water and the surroundings are very well maintained. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They prefer communicating in Russian, but everything necessary can be arranged. There is a washing machine and even clotheslines. Dogs are very welcome. A large, friendly wolfhound named Hans also lives in the garden and adds charm to the place. The only sounds around the site are birdsong and the rustling of the wind—an ideal place to rest and enjoy nature. I would return here anytime and warmly recommend it to all motorhome travellers.
Looks nice; we were only here to empty the toilet (€5). Adventurous approach, with gravel only for the last 1.5 km.
This campsite was excellent! For a nice reasonable price of €10 per person, the three of us stayed here with a child, a car, and two tents—for a total of €30. The campsite is beautiful and spacious, dogs are welcome. Electrical outlets are available almost everywhere, and the bathroom with showers, toilets, and drinking water. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place!
Lovely spot by the lake, just a few minutes walk from the campervan area.
Friendly and relaxing stop. The place is worth the detour. Friendly welcome despite the communication difficulties.
I completely agree with Godber's review. The location by the lake is fantastic, even though it is still too cold for me to swim.
Very friendly operator, although he speaks hardly any English. Access is via a gravel track and narrow farm road, but it is manageable. Despite being pre-season—we were the only guests—everything was operating and the showers were pleasantly warm. Good value: €20 for the motorhome plus two adults.
Perfect place with all necessary services included in the price. Friendly owner and quiet location. Access to the beach is a short walk away. Definitely recommended.
We were here from 24–27 April 2026 because no campsite was open in Kaunas. We received a very friendly welcome and the owner showed us everything. We could even do laundry, which was included in the price. €25 cash per night is good. Everything you need is there. A good place to relax, enjoy the peace and take in the atmosphere by the lake. Thank you!
Very good place to rest at this rural campsite. A very kind welcome.
Quiet, with a friendly host.
Apart from the location, this is a rather average site, and even the location is of secondary importance for campervan travellers because you cannot park directly by the lake. The sanitary facilities are worth only about two stars. Also worth mentioning: the owner's poor dog was kept only in its small kennel during our stay. I will keep my personal opinion about that to myself.
Quite a nice place, but unfortunately the pitches are not directly by the water. There is only one toilet/shower per gender, which can cause waiting times when there are several guests. Very nice operator; gladly return.
I have been coming here for many years. Every year the owner, Vigis, and his wife add something new, and every year they delight us with improvements! Vigis is constantly on site, making sure everyone is comfortable and creating an atmosphere of coziness and peaceful, unhurried relaxation. We have stayed at many campsites, but in terms of warmth and hospitality, THIS ONE IS THE BEST! When staying with Vigis, you feel at home! (-6/5-)
Very nice, inexpensive campsite. All necessary services and a good atmosphere.
The place is quiet and pleasant, but the sanitary facilities—only two toilets and two showers—are not in good condition and are not clean. The price of €20 per night for a van and two people is high considering the service.
Great campsite at a fantastic price! We spent two weekend nights here and felt very welcome. The site was quiet, not overcrowded and well equipped: toilet, shower, fresh and waste water, Wi-Fi, electricity and excellent lake access. The number of toilets could perhaps be increased, and a dryer would be a practical addition. We highly recommend the site. Thank you :)
At the end of the road—1 km unpaved but entirely passable—we found a very nice campsite. Bucolic setting, all amenities clean and facilities for campers. Very warm welcome from the owner and Hans, his dog. We recommend it.
Nice little campsite in a quiet location. Tables under cover beside a swimmable lake.
Superb little campsite. Swimming available in the clean lake. Absolutely friendly campsite operator. Very good for a holiday or for relaxing for a few days after a long journey.
