Mountain picnic stop, spring water

We honestly loved the spot. End of May we were alone, just a few people in the morning possibly to fill up water but it didn’t bother us. Easy dead end “mountain” road to access, 500mt above sea level, slept like babies

Quiet place, with shade, a fountain, and picnic areas. It is 500 meters above sea level, so it is cooler—ideal for sleeping. Wonderful place!

A lovely place if you want to get away from the coast for a while. Picnic tables in the shade, so you can eat outdoors comfortably. The spring works and the water is wonderfully cold. We tried one of the walks, but the path was fairly overgrown. A beautiful area and much cooler than the coast. Slept wonderfully.

Beautiful place in absolute peace, with a water spring. It is cooler than by the sea and there is very little traffic. Magnificent landscape.

Excellent—everything is here, including drinking water and the possibility of having a picnic! Many hiking trails start here.

I confirm the absolute tranquility. We stayed here from Friday evening until Monday and slept alone under the stars. During the day, only a few people came to collect water or go on the beautiful hikes. Leave the place clean, as you found it!

We spent the night here because we couldn't sleep in San Teodoro due to the heat. Excellent alternative; we were alone.

We came here to spend the night so we could go into the mountains the next day. Great place, and clean too. We had no problems staying overnight. Please keep the place clean, take your rubbish with you, and don't defecate in the bushes. No camping behavior.
