No camper parking, overnight prohibited

A large parking area near the water, but overnight and daytime camper parking is currently prohibited. Police patrols have previously moved campers on, and camping restrictions are posted. Older comments mention toilets, but current access for campers is not permitted.

Prohibited day and night for motorhomes.
Quiet parking area. Toilet facilities.
You can park during the week, but not on Saturday, market day. For September–October, the parking lot on the left at the entrance to the town works very well, Via della Diga.
Orbetello is hostile to campers; try somewhere along the Feniglia, or the former sports field in Porto Santo Stefano.
Large parking area with camping prohibited. We went there to take a short break and eat something. After a short time, the police came and asked us to remove our shoes from in front of the bus and close the pop-top roof. We were still allowed to finish eating and then continued on.
