A large, quiet daytime car park at the foot of the dunes, with a clean environment, rubbish bins and passing bicycles. Deer may be visible, and the dunes offer several walking routes. The dunes cost 2€ per day, payable at a machine that is not on the parking area. Overnight stays are forbidden.

A great free spot in Egmond. Level, spacious and quiet; very few cars pass by. You can go directly up the stairs and walk through the dunes, with several circular routes. Note that the dune area requires a €2 daily fee; the machine is not in the parking area but along the road. Thanks for sharing.Translating
