Lake-view picnic area, steep access

It only deserves two stars for the place itself, but it has the advantage of being one of the few free and accessible spots. Quite quiet in mid-May, with a peaceful night. However, beware of the climb: 4.2 km of extremely steep road, over 20%, with very tight hairpin bends. The engine will get hot.✦Translating

Beautiful view, beautiful place! We spent one night here without any problems! The spot is right beside a fairly busy road during the day, but very quiet at night.
