It only deserves two stars for the place itself, but it has the advantage of being one of the few free and accessible spots. Quite quiet in mid-May, with a peaceful night. However, beware of the climb: 4.2 km of extremely steep road, over 20%, with very tight hairpin bends. The engine will get hot.Translating
A rather nice view of the lake, although trees obstruct the view. There is still traffic throughout the evening and quite early in the morning. A nice place for an overnight stop.Translating
Beautiful view, beautiful place! We spent one night here without any problems! The spot is right beside a fairly busy road during the day, but very quiet at night. The route there is a somewhat steep road, but I see that all types of cars manage it without problems. Enjoy, and leave it clean!Translating
Relatively peaceful place by the road for spending the night. Access is via a very steep road; larger motorhomes might have trouble, and 4x4 is an advantage. Space for a maximum of two cars. Sporadic traffic starts at 7:00. Beautiful views of the lake.Translating
Busy area in high season, with noise from the engines of vehicles going up until about 11:30 p.m. Fine for one night, with no water or other services, just a picnic table with benches.Translating
The place is okay for one night. The view would be really beautiful if it weren't so overgrown. The noise from the water pump, or whatever it is, isn't too bad; it is more of a background hum. We found the unpleasant smell coming from it more bothersome. Nevertheless, we had a “quiet” night without any incidents.Translating
Quiet place to rest. Vans should go to the end of the road, as some comments say! Be careful of the vegetation. At the end, you need to turn around and leave, which requires a good maneuver in your van. But it is one of the only places to sleep near Limone without paying.Translating
So-so. The view is overgrown, a very bright streetlamp stays on all night, and there is a water pump or something similar next door. You can definitely hear it, although it is not particularly loud. The spot is also beside a road that still has traffic in the evening.Translating
Very noisy spot, because drivers have to rev their engines to access the road, which is very steep. The road runs right beside the camping spot. Curious drivers also all stare at us like wild animals, wave, slow down and honk. It is very unpleasant, with zero privacy. Be careful not to set up at the entrance of the path at the back.Translating
Beautiful and peaceful, with a stunning sunrise.Translating
Perfect for one night! Flat ground, wooden table, bin and a view of the lake. Quiet at night. The only drawback is that a streetlamp stays on all night, but it did not prevent us from sleeping.Translating
Quiet despite being beside the road. Convenient, with a picnic table and bin. Shaded at midday. The view is more of a glimpse than a panorama, but the return toward the lakeside when leaving the spot is superb. The climb puts the engine to work.Translating
Nice place to spend the night. The road is narrow but manageable if no other cars are coming. If other vans are present, the remaining space is not level. For small vans: follow the comments and go to the end of the track; it is worth it, and you will be peaceful as well! The only drawback: the bins were overflowing.Translating
Nice spot with a view. Slightly tilted, but no big problem. Quiet, hardly any cars during the night. The approach was no problem in our 6 m Citroen Jumper, although we had to take some turns in first gear.
We spent a peaceful night here. The approach is worth it for the great view, but it really should not be underestimated with a motorhome—quite narrow and steep up the mountain!Translating
Surrounded by nature, although it is on a hairpin bend and a car passes occasionally. The place is surrounded by woodland and offers an exceptional view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. There is also a picnic table and a small rubbish bin.Translating
