Been here?
This large granite-chip and tarmac car park is currently unusable because it is a construction site. It normally serves locals visiting the woods and beach, walking dogs, or travelling to the nearby town and ferry. It has occasionally been used by youths for racing.

It is ok for one night stay if it is impossible to find another place. We left because of the intermittent sewage smell coming from the nearby treatment plant.
Very quiet, a 5-minute walk from the sea.
Great for spending one night before or after a ferry ride in Larvik. A quiet spot, and if you follow the forest paths, you reach a small beach.
Near the Larvik ferry terminal, very quiet for the night, without charm but it does the job!
Quiet and close to a beautiful sandy beach! 400 meters from the Rema 1000 and K Xtra shops, where there is a toilet.
Stayed here for two nights, very quiet, and a shop within walking distance. Stavern village is 2 km away and easy to reach by bike.
Great place for 1 or 2 nights. A lovely little beach is within a 5-minute walk. This place is marked as being in nature, but in reality it is a large parking lot. We were there at the weekend and had no drifters. :)
We slept peacefully on September 9; we were the only ones there. A couple of people walked past. The adjacent treatment plant was operating the next day, but there were no problems. We also left the camper parked while cycling to Stavern the following day without any issues.
A very nice place for a stop, with a superb little beach for taking a break after getting off the ferry or while waiting for it. The drifting marks on site made us sleep elsewhere despite the site's peacefulness.
Very pleasant for one night after arriving late by ferry. We were there with only one other van.
Very quiet and close to a pretty beach. However, there is a lot of rubbish all around.
Very quiet place close to town, but it really smells a little when you want to sit outside. It is still within tolerable limits.
Quiet place except during car rallies. We stayed for two evenings and there were rallies both times, causing property damage to our neighboring motorhome campers.
A perfectly acceptable place to sleep. Quiet and flat, a short distance from the beach for swimming. The only drawback is that unfortunately it smells slightly of sewage because of the treatment plant right next door.
Very quiet and beautiful campsite. Perfect after the ferry ride and for going swimming in the morning. Even on a Saturday evening, we were not disturbed by loud cars or partying.
