A mostly level marina car park offering quiet overnight stays and walking access to several pubs. Facilities are limited to a bin and bottle bank. The site is generally peaceful, although earlier reports describe late-night noise from boy racers and partygoers when the gate was left open.

Fine for an overnight stay - very quiet. one other van there & dog walkers came & went. Only person driving around was someone being taught to drive & going very slowly.
Perfect for an overnight stay, mostly level and very quiet. Just one more van was there.
Got here at 10 p.m.; the gate was not locked, but boy racers were lined up ready to roar.
A quiet out of the way car park, no facilities other than a bin and bottle bank. However, the gate was not closed or locked overnight and the car park was busy between 8pm and 2 am with boy racers and party people. revving engines, blowing horns, loud music etc.
Quite out of the way and isolated. It looks a little run-down because the adjacent youth centre has been closed for many years. The gate was not locked, allowing antisocial drivers to come in and make noise late at night. If the gate is open after hours, I would advise pulling it closed to prevent this.
