Shaded parking, evening road noise

Okay for visiting the city. We found a space around midday during the week. Vehicles up to 6 meters can park sideways. In the afternoon it was completely full.

As previously advised, nice free parking near the town center.

Very good parking area for parking and visiting the cathedral via the hortillonnages.

Ideally located: 600 meters for the boat trip and 700 meters for the walking route along the towpath beside the hortillonnages.

Saturday night, August 2, to Sunday, August 3. Small street, but ultimately noisy until 2–3 a.m. Otherwise, very convenient for visiting the hortillonnages and Amiens; the people in the neighboring buildings were quiet.

The starting point is better and more beautiful than the parking area at the zoo. We did not stay overnight because it was too noisy. You start at the “floating gardens,” then go through the park to St. Leu and the cathedral. From the zoo parking area, everything takes much longer.

Perfect for visiting Amiens, the hortillonnages, and the cathedral, all just a few minutes’ walk away. Free parking day and night. We did not stay to sleep, but the place is rather calm and peaceful.

Very limited parking (October 30th). Roadworks means over half of the length of the road is unavailable. I'm sure it'll be excellent once the roadworks have finished.

Perfect for visiting Amiens during the day. Ten minutes from the center by bicycle. Parking on a slope. No services. We did not sleep there.

Free, shaded daytime parking. However, I would not spend the night there. Access is also difficult because of the one-way roads and bicycle access, and it is located on a bend. The location is nevertheless ideal for visiting Amiens.

We slept one night; almost no traffic at night. Woken up in the morning by the roadworks. Otherwise, a pleasant place to sleep, close to the center and the park.

Perfect place for visiting the city, a 20-minute walk. Stayed for one night; a few cars passed, but there was no heavy traffic overnight.

Ideal for daytime parking (free parking, but on a bend). Close to the hortillonnages. We did not sleep there; we preferred the one near the canal on Allée des Acacias (recommended).

Near the cathedral, parking on a shaded bend, but access is difficult because of the bicycle-only lanes.

Very good, safe, quiet parking area; we stayed for two nights. Twenty minutes on foot from the historic center. A boat landing for a trip through the hortillonnages is 100 meters away. Reception is in the courtyard of the hortillonnages museum at the end of the parking area.

ok parking not too wide. next to city center with a little path going to boats to visit the the Hortillonages (land parcels scattered over the river/mash - called the “venice of the north” in france). 4G ok and rubbish bin at the crossroad. more calm than i thought it would be.

Very close to Musée des Hortillonnages and 20minutes walk to centre. However there was a tow away sign so kept visit brief and i would stay the night
