This flat pull-in at the end of a no-through lane is a calm overnight stop near M6 junction 12. A BP garage with Greggs, food, coffee and toilets is nearby, while the canal basin, towpath and footpaths offer walking and cycling. A house is directly opposite, so arrivals and departures should be quiet.

We stayed the night, it was very calm and easy to find, however there was a big house just opposite, so need to make sure not to be too loud when arriving - if you want to feel more free, it’s not not the ideal space.
Nice and quiet, great wee stop not far from M6. There is also another spot just opposite that could be useful. Our first Park4Night, thanks.
stopped here last night travelling back from Scotland. stones throw from the M6, flat ground, really quiet and safe. there is a BP and Gregg's at the top of the lane to the left. it has male and female bathrooms, food, and coffee. there is a house opposite the park up. we met the owner this morning. She is very approachable and friendly and stopped to chat and ask how we slept.
Quiet, good sleep, no others. flat area at end of no through lane next to footpath sign and opposite a house. However, fields next to it look like they will be having a new housing estate built so maybe not a good place in the future sadly.
Great for sleeping when traveling to or from Scotland. No road noise.
