Been here?
A free, clean, and quiet motorhome parking area with drinking water, waste disposal, and views of three windmills. The attractive village is about 5 minutes away on foot, with welcoming bars and restaurants. The area has a slight slope, and recent comments recommend wedges; it suits motorhomes up to 7 5 m. A tap may require a larger screw-on adapter than a standard hose connection.

Perfect, a very good stopover. The drinking-water tap is near the entrance. Absolute peace and quiet. The Don Quixote village is an absolute must-see. Good restaurants, and you will be warmly welcomed. Thank you for this great stopover.
Perfect for spending the night while travelling from Madrid to Andalusia. Quiet.
Perfect for one night. Water and waste services, peace and quiet, and only five minutes from a pleasant village with a restaurant. There should be more places like this.
Really peaceful in a lovely town, so typically spanish. Lovely view to the windmills. tap issue… needs a larger screw-on adapter than the usual hose one. Before going to the local bazaar for a whole new tap, washing machines hose and watering can, visit ferreteria mascaraque down the road. They will sell you an adapter for €1.70 and ask if you’re staying at the campsite
Good place to spend one night and continue our route the next day, with all services, and the village is very peaceful and beautiful. Well worth it.
Thank you to the municipality!
Small free aire, pleasant with a beautiful view over the countryside, quiet and easy to access from the A4. I recommend it for a night-and-day break.
Quiet clean with drinking water and bin. Easy access off motorway
Good parking for not very large motorhomes (up to 7.5 m). Very quiet with a slight slope where leveling chocks are advisable, although not essential. Very close to the beautiful village. And free. We ate very well and spent the night. Thanks to the town council.
Great for one night. Quiet location, somewhat sloping. Just a parking area, nothing else.
Probably always packed thanks to the nearby expressway. You are parked very, very close together.
Quiet night. Good area.
Quiet place with wonderful views of the windmills. I recommend visiting the village square; it is beautiful.
Not very large an area, ideal for a stop.
Slightly uneven. About 10 spaces. With a water tap (only one) and wastewater disposal. The windmills can be seen from the site. Perfect for a stop and even for spending the night.
Very good area. Some comments say it is narrow to drive through. I disagree; it has good access.
A pretty, quiet place. Major disadvantage: very, very tight; you are relieved if nobody bumps into you. Currently very full. In my opinion, not suitable for vehicles over 7 m. Chocks are essential; everything is very sloped. Water, wastewater and toilet disposal.
We stopped on the way; excellent area, small but with everything necessary.
Wonderful aire. The drinking water is near the wall where it comes out. The toilet water is next to the toilet. Yes, there are two separate taps. The village is very charming, with the best gift shop we have ever visited. Thanks to the town council for the space.
Quiet place, we parked without problems. The village is beautiful and interesting on the Don Quixote route.
Do not be put off by the comment "temporarily closed" It is open and a great place for an overnight stop or maybe more. Friendly bars in town, Casa Labranza, tapas with every drink and very reasonably priced.
Thanks to the municipality for this campervan space. Quiet night, except that some vehicles parked badly and we could not empty the grey water.
We thank the village of Puerto Lapice for providing this completely free area. Quiet place for overnight stays with facilities for emptying grey water and chemical toilets and filling with drinking water. Let’s take care of our aires. Have a good journey!
We were able to empty the waste water and refill. Indeed, the wastewater drain is somewhat hidden; it is all the way at the back on the left. Perfect. Thank you very much.
Lovely little free aire with services but no electricity, close to the village. Access is a little difficult but possible. We spent a quiet night. Thanks to the municipality.
The grey-water drain is almost impossible to hit; lots of leaf litter makes it difficult to know where the drain is. A single tap for emptying the black tank and filling up. Concrete surface. Thanks to the town council anyway.
Very quiet place to stop if you are passing through, open space overlooking the countryside and with basic services. We had no problem with our 6-metre campervan, although I suppose large motorhomes need to be more precise when entering and maneuvering if more spaces are occupied. Overall highly recommended, and the traditional pastries from the village bakery even more so.
Thank you!!! You should eat locally or support the local business in return for such a good area.
Aire officially closed in favor of the new paid aire. It is still accessible for now; be careful before entering.
Very beautiful site at the foot of windmills and vineyards. Basic services without a hose, and the tap has a large thread; I had to fill using a container. The spaces are not level.
Although it has all the services, the water connection is threaded and larger than usual. I had never encountered one so large. Make sure you have a suitable adapter to avoid problems when filling. The area is small and fills easily. If you want a good restaurant serving traditional food, I recommend Venta del Quijote. Book in advance.
An ideal place to take a break and sleep. Close to the motorway. Peaceful and with all services. Many thanks to the local council.
Good place to spend the night. It is a little sloped; there is a rubbish bin, a small water fountain and a drain for emptying grey water. Good views with the windmills in the background. Many thanks to the town council for providing this.
A wonderful place to spend the night peacefully. Beautiful view of the Don windmills. There are no services, but there is a rubbish bin. Slightly sloping, but that does not spoil the fun, and nicely paved with trees. Charming village with nice little shops. Thanks to the municipality.
Good area for sleeping and visiting the village. These days the services are not working. Thanks to Puerto Lapice.
Small area, with an unnecessarily narrow entrance, uneven in many places. It has services and is quiet.
Secluded and quiet site for about 10 motorhomes. Free water and black-water disposal. Good for spending the night, replenishing water and emptying tanks.
Very small area with narrow, uneven spaces. Narrow entrance, beware of large motorhomes. Free services. We moved to the paid area in the village.
