A large, flat dirt parking area beside a children’s playground, convenient for visiting the 516 Paiva footbridge. There are no services, but recent stays were quiet and trouble-free. The trail involves a 1,1 km descent to the bridge, followed by the climb back. The parking area is also used for hiking and may have construction materials.

An open area next to a playground, more or less level, with no services. Quiet and trouble-free night.
Dirt parking area, flat and perfect for visiting the bridge. We spent a peaceful night.
A very large parking area, currently clear and completely flat. Ideal if you want to visit the suspension bridge with less effort; even so, remember there is a 1.1 km descent along a beautiful path, followed by the climb back up.
Parking slightly muddy from deposited materials and cut wood, but still accessible day and night and quiet in November. Ideal spot for visiting the 516 Arouca suspension bridge, 20 minutes away via the trail that starts a little farther down on the right when leaving the parking area.
Parking near the 516, 1.5 km away. Spent one night without noise, dogs or cars. Thank you to the municipality.
Quiet parking area nearby for walking to the 516 bridge, thank you to the town hall. Dogs above barked all night, unfortunately.
