Cove parking, no camping sign

A small parking area at the end of a road beside Zavalatica cove, with a beautiful view and direct access to the bay by steps. It is busy during the day but was previously quiet at night, with chemical toilets on the beach below. A large “NO CAMPING” sign and a live camera have since been reported, so overnight stays are not advisable.

Sadly they put a huge NO CAMPING sign in the parking lot and most concerning a live camera so we didn’t feel to stay there for the night
Beautiful place with a fantastic view. We arrived at 7 p.m. and the parking area was empty. Had a wonderfully peaceful night. Good bay for swimming, with a fine little beach. We left again at 10 a.m.; by then there were a few cars and a boy collecting parking fees. We paid nothing. The road there is somewhat bumpy and unpaved. You can also stay up at the other spot.
Beautiful spot, but a surveillance camera emitting an alarm-like noise at regular intervals drove us away, so we moved to the neighbouring spot, which is also very beautiful.
Great! Clearly one of our best spots. The experience was even more pleasant because we were there outside the tourist season: a splendid view from the van, not a soul after 7 p.m., and direct access to the bay via a staircase.
