Camping on Lake Coiselet shores in the Jura, with some pitches directly lakeside. Prices €20–€31.60. Recent visitors report persistent noise, cold water for washing, a dangerously small heated pool, and poorly-maintained sanitary facilities. Lake swimming is problematic due to shallow water, plants and trash; better swimming spots lie 150m away. The site has a snack bar and offers views of the lake and swans.

Dirty toilet—bring your own toilet paper. Magnificent view and lakeside pitch. The pool is too small and dangerous.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, keep driving. This campsite is very noisy. The sanitary facilities are recent but not clean. No hot water for washing dishes or clothes. Great view of the lake, but no beach. Friendly welcome.
Okay campsite, beautiful location by the lake. It is somewhat shallow and has more aquatic plants than other parts of the lake. The sanitary facilities are not cleaned very well. Many mobile homes. The rough-and-ready atmosphere was a little too much for our taste. We paid €31.60 for two adults, a one-year-old child and a dog, without electricity.
Nice campsite with pitches directly by the lakeside. Although there is access to the water, swimming is difficult and unappealing because the lake at the campsite is not deep enough, there is some rubbish in the water and many plants. Walking 150 meters uphill, there are better swimming spots.
Love this place so much that we don't want anyone else to know about it....so go away!
Very nice campsite by the lake, relaxing and offering a beautiful view over calm waters frequented by swans and a few kayaks. The snack bar is very good and serves tasty food. The campsite is ACSI-affiliated, which is an added bonus!
Great site! There are several pitches directly by the lake, with trees providing shade. We paid €21. You can go straight into the water for a swim.
We stayed four nights in a motorhome very close to the lake, a beautiful place with its swans. The sanitary facilities are new but understaffed; if everyone took care, they would be spotless. I will come back. Thanks to the manager for his kindness, and the snack bar is great too.
Campsite by the lake, which unfortunately has been lowered due to a geological threat, and all water activities—even walking along the lake—are prohibited. Cold showers, which is a shame because the sanitary facilities are recent but not very well maintained. €146 for four adults and two children for three nights with electricity, rather expensive for what is offered. Very friendly snack bar with good pizzas and roast chicken.
One-night stay in a motorhome with an excellent pitch by the lake. Very warm welcome. Recent and clean sanitary facilities. We recommend it.
We know this campsite well, having stayed there for 12 years, and nothing has changed. We returned on Tuesday the 6th: the facilities were not maintained, the showers were cold, and the pool is too small. The snack bar is decent. The manager is just as before, uncompromising and unpleasant when you disagree with him. The price is €26.50 for one night in a motorhome. We will not return.
Lovely site right next to the lake. Very quiet in April. We paid €20 to park right next to the lake. Very friendly staff.
Don't panic. The price applies during high season. It is considerably cheaper at other times. Very beautiful site, but you can read that in the other reviews.
A super beautiful site by the lake with a view of the Jura mountains. Warm welcome. We had a pitch right by the water. Very nice and clean sanitary facilities. Lovely indoor swimming pool. Excellent snack bar. We enjoyed beautiful walks with our dog. We would be very happy to come back.
We received a very friendly welcome and had a lovely pitch right by the water with a view of the cliffs. The sanitary facilities are okay. We would be happy to return.
Very nice, simple, quiet, and clean campsite. Large shaded pitches. Right by the lake, where you can swim. Very small indoor pool. Modern sanitary facilities cleaned several times a day. €65 per night for 6 people on a pitch with electricity.
Very nice, beautiful campsite, but be careful: nobody mentions in the comments that there is no arranged swimming area in the lake, so there is a lot of mud before you can swim. I saw many people turn around and go swimming in the pool instead, but it is very small.
Very beautiful place beside a lake. Quiet and friendly, with a swimming pool, pétanque, canoe rental, bread, and a snack bar. A little paradise.
Very beautiful place by the lake, with decent sanitary facilities. It is a shame that the owner is not very accommodating. The rates shown in the description are incorrect. From July 6, it is €24 plus €5.90 for a pitch and electricity for two people. There is one hike starting from the campsite; otherwise, there is nothing—just peace and quiet.
Lovely lakeside campsite with a small heated pool. New toilets and showers. The grey- and black-water drain is difficult to find and not very good.
Beautifully situated campsite, absolute peace and quiet (at least in the low season), with a fantastic view of the lake and the cliffs opposite. Friendly and flexible welcome, with delicious freshly prepared burgers and salads. Absolutely recommended.
Wonderful campsite by the lake! Very quiet, with a lovely walk outside the campsite for the dog. Heated pool, which is great, but it has no shower, so you see people returning from their sporty day jumping straight into the pool. We no longer felt like using it—such a shame, otherwise everything is perfect! Bread and pastries can be ordered at reception the day before.
Reception after arrival hours, heated and covered swimming pool, lake view, friendly staff, new sanitary facilities.
Peace and quiet in its purest form, a magnificent lake, and even a lovely welcome from the swans. The view is breathtaking, with the mountain reflections on the lake. A very quiet night, and the service is also good and pleasant.
