36 Vierge de la Lande, 50580, Fierville-les-Mines
Been here?
A large, flat and very quiet parking area in the countryside, in front of an active windmill. It offers views of the mill, fields and sunsets, with a 7.6km blue-marked Legends of Cotentin walking circuit nearby. The place is exposed and visible rather than intimate, with no shade, and events at the multipurpose room can make nights noisy.

Lovely setting with views of the mill, fields, and sunset. Very little traffic at the end of the day. Quite exposed, so not necessarily very private, but its tranquility is appreciated.Translating
Quiet motorhome site in beautiful surroundings. We stayed by the mill. There is one level spot.Translating
Large, flat, and very quiet parking area at night, accompanied by the hooting of nocturnal birds of prey. An excellent place for a good night's sleep. No shade, however.Translating
Parking area for the community hall, very quiet. We stopped there on a Thursday. Glass recycling bin. The mill visit was very interesting.Translating
Good for visiting the mill, which is well worth the detour. However, it is the parking area for a community hall, and unfortunately we went on a Saturday, so there was partying all night. I managed to leave the parking area because people parked carelessly, and went to park at the mill inn's parking area after it closed. Avoid weekends unless there is no party.Translating
A spot like few others. Very quiet and very reassuring. A beautiful place to visit, with this mill that is still operating. Wonderful. Thank you to the municipality.Translating
Very clean and very quiet parking area. Remember to reserve the restaurant; it is very often full.Translating
The place is very calm and very clean. The toilets next to the moulin seem to be open during summer. You should tell the people at the reception of the moulin that you would like to park there, they were really nice. A lot of possibilities to have a walk in the nature. The restaurant next to the moulin is highly recommended, but you should call upfront to be sure they have a free table.
We spent one night in the restaurant parking area before visiting the mill. The visit was very interesting, and the mill sells bread and brioche. However, the restaurant was full, so remember to reserve. Unobstructed view.Translating
We stayed there last week. We were the only people. It is super quiet as long as there is no event at the "salle polyvalente", which is behind the car park. The restaurant at the windmill was open in the evening (from 7 pm), but it was full. There are two recycling bins in the car park.
