Rawcliffe Caravan Park

We stayed here for one night; the campsite itself was fine, but the neighborhood is not. Our mountain bikes were stolen from the parking area in front of reception. Do not come here with bicycles or e-bikes.

This is a great place to stay for visiting York. We cycled and took the bus. The site itself is small but very neat and tidy, very clean, with all services on your pitch included in the fair price. Plus, washing machine and tumble dryer are free to use! Peaceful at night. We ended up staying a third night! Fabulous.

A bit pricey at £45 a night in December, but the facilities are excellent and very clean. One shower and one toilet in both the ladies' and men's facilities, washing machine facilities, waste disposal, and everything on your pitch.

Very friendly staff, nice place, 10 minutes' walk from the Park and Ride, where you can go downtown on the number 2 bus for £3.90 each. We recommend it.

Great little quiet site. Very little noise from the pub. Food and drink were good, especially Wednesday steak night. Pitches are flat, with a grassy area for awnings. All electrical, fresh-water, and waste-water services are on your pitch, including black water. Friendly owners. Short walk to shops and buses for the city center. Showers and toilets are a very short walk away, but a little chilly in November. Do not be put off by the houses!

A great place. Food in the pub was excellent, and they allow you to stay on your pitch on Sunday afternoon if you eat Sunday lunch in the pub. We walked to the Park and Ride and the retail park; everything was very convenient.

All amenities are there: clean bathrooms, great shower, and excellent pub food. A little pricey for the parking, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

Great site with very nice pitches. Facilities were very clean and the bar was welcoming. The Park and Ride bus is only a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

Excellent little site, with all facilities on each pitch and a small but clean toilet and shower block. Wonderful pub on the doorstep serving great food. Highly recommended. Easy access to York via the Park and Ride, 15 minutes' walk away, with regular buses to York center from early until late. Top marks; we will be back.

We were alone at this very lovely little campsite! An incredible experience. Brand-new facilities! Small bar, restaurant, and water park 10 minutes away! €30 per night with electricity and water! Honestly, really good!
