There are signs before the parking area saying that camping is prohibited. The road next to it toward the sports field seems to be okay, though; cars park here and there are no signs concerning camping or overnight stays.
We spent a rainy day at the spa, and everything was great. :) We were able to stay on the roadside toward the sports field for the following 2 nights without any problems, with very little traffic at night, which did not bother us. We simply placed the spa receipt in the front window.
Very good for visiting the mine, 15 minutes on foot along the river. It is free, but overnight stays are prohibited.
