Hiking parking, unpleasant toilet

We spent one night here after a beautiful hike. You sleep among the sheep, which come down early in the morning with their bells—very charming, but you wake up early.

Rip-off; the way there leads through a 30 km/h zone with many pedestrian crossings, and the road up to the parking area has a toll. We drove on again.

Good for one night; meals at the hotel are possible if ordered in advance.

Great place to hike to the Kongens Utsikt viewpoint, with phenomenal panoramic views. We also stayed overnight. In principle it was very quiet; only once were we woken by local youths who met there in the middle of the night and talked loudly. They disappeared again after 10 minutes. I would stay overnight there again.

You can do it, but you don't have to; the night was quiet.

Toll fee 40 NOK including parking fee. We spent a quiet night here and the view is breathtaking. A 5-minute walk from the parking area.

Great place. Flat and quiet. Nothing was happening in the evening and we were the only ones. We could position ourselves easily. Great for a short hike to Königstein. Wonderful views of the fjord and Hønefoss. Breathtaking sunset.

Parking ground is flat. Toll road can be paid with a card through a machine. The toilet is one of the stinkiest I've ever seen in my life, DON'T COUNT ON IT!!

Had a great and quiet night here even on a Friday. Arrived late and parked as far away from the enter to the forest. Just an occasional jogger from 7 and some dog walkers. The place even has toilets! Just make sure to pay the 40kr for the toll road.

A good area for spending one night. There is an outdoor toilet for those who are not too sensitive, as well as the possibility of disposing of rubbish in different bins.
