969 72, Svätý Anton
Been here?
A small paved parking area below the Svätý Anton castle museum, in the village center. It is quiet for an overnight stay and convenient for visiting the castle, with daytime parking charged and nighttime parking free; there are no services. The area fills quickly on weekends, and longer motorhomes may be better suited to the bus parking across the river.

On weekends it is best to arrive early to find a space in this parking lot because it is small and it fills up quickly, otherwise it is a good place where leave the motorhome while visiting the castle museum of Svätý Anton.
We arrived on Monday, when the castle was closed, so the parking lot was empty. We paid €3 to the woman in the little souvenir hut and spent a quiet night. I think it must be difficult to park a 7 m campervan here during the week, but parking after the river is possible, with long spaces that are slightly sloped. The castle visit is worthwhile.
For longer campers, 6 m or more, I recommend a bus parking area just across the river. At the upper spaces, you can even level the vehicle. We had a great, quiet night.
