Waterfall parking, narrow access

I get good 4g signal on EE. Surprisingly quiet here with a few daytime visitors and only a couple of vans overnight. Plenty of walks to be done, quiet and clean, picnic benches here but nothing else, let's keep it clean so we can continue to enjoy this spot!

Great spot in the parking area for the waterfalls. We ended up spending two nights here. There were some visitors checking out the waterfall during the day and one or two other campervans at night, but otherwise it was quiet, flat and clean!

great little parkup just us and 1 other camper. weather was crap but being scottish I'm used to it. didn't stop us getting out with our dogs. no phone signal on my tesco account. but I don't go away to play with my phone. would definitely use again. but think it might be alot more busy in the summer months.

Motorhomes - the road this is located on runs between a82 and a85. From a82 it’s 4.5 miles with rubbish passing points. In long motorhomes you’re in the lap of the gods. A85 end is 5.5 miles and has proper passing places. I was in a 7 metre with bike rack, big mistake going in via a82. Vodafone - in and out reception. Outside van ok, inside ok at times. Ee with antenna boost was worse…. Occasional reception depending on weather. Stunning place with bbq area if weather is good. Very off the beaten track.

Lovely valley with a narrow single-track road. Parking next to the waterfall, with a nice riverside path starting 700 metres north of it. Six vans fit easily.

Peaceful night here, although I wish we had found a riverside spot, but they were all full.

Absolutely beautiful place to park! Enough space for three or four campers. A stunning river walk is just 700 metres up the road, where we also went mushroom foraging. There are also two barbecue spots.

What a spot! Simply divine and peaceful! Enough space for 6 vans and so quiet at night. The sound of the river is amazing. This place is pure therapy!

We spent a quiet and level night here, along with six other campers. There were lots of midges in the evening, presumably because of the nearby waterfall. The road is very quiet. No bins, only two picnic tables.

Currently sitting here at this beautiful and currently quiet stop. Perfection.

Lovely place - free, lots of space, and brilliant views. Picnic area and bbq area too. Excellent walks into the forest too which are absolutely gorgeous. A great spot!! A bit of a drive on a narrow road but really worth it.

Lovely quiet little spot. Surrounded by pine trees and a fast flowing river on the other side. Some little picnic tables which would be good in the summer. Bonus managed to get 4G (Three). Only reason I’m giving it 4/5 is because of the road getting too it is not the most ideal, probably would struggle in a bigger RV (narrow single track the whole way for at least 10mins)

Perfect overnight spot, not suitable for big vans or MH . in nature next to a beautiful river! Lots of midges. ps- cig buts count as rubbish please pick them up!

Beautiful spot near the river, with a couple of picnic tables and a area for a fire! (Plenty of wood nearby) We had a lovely night and quiet sleep… definitely recommended!

Excellent spot. Overnight parking is permitted, it’s flat, and there is no traffic on the road. The river is just a stone’s throw away, offering water, peace and beautiful views. Swimming is probably possible depending on the water temperature.

Very beautiful place; you sleep to the sound of the water, with no traffic noise, and plenty of space. Highly recommended, but beware of midges—when there is no wind, there are lots of them.

Amazing spot—the waterfalls are picturesque, and you can swim there too. There were no toilets during our stay. We were there with four other campers. Some paths are closed because of fallen trees, so check before heading there for a hike.

Great location, waterfalls are amazing. Quiet road - only the sound of the river. We were one of four vans last night. Good Vodaphone 4G and good 3E /BT. Lots of walks nearby. Beautiful- we will return

What an amazing spot. We will be back. The downside is that it's 5 miles from the main road. but worth the drive.

Absolutely stunning spot. I would recommend coming out of your way just to stay here!

One of three campers recently, very quiet area with beautiful scenery and sounds of the river flowing during the night. No facilities but there are picnic benches and fore pits. It is down a single track road but we had no trouble in a Mercedes sprinter camper.
