Sports parking, no camping

Beautiful peaceful place with spacious parking spaces. Many walkers during the day, absolutely nobody at night. Outdoor toilets by the football field and rubbish bins are available. Keep it tidy and don't throw toilet paper in the bushes!

Very peaceful. Open spaces, so sun all day. These spaces are for people who do not throw anything into nature, including waste from the toilet. Thanks to the municipality of Lommel. Now it is up to us to keep this place that way.

Beautiful place, but please respect the parking area. No camping behavior, such as putting chairs and tables outside!! If you want to camp extensively, simply go to a campsite instead of a parking area. This beautiful and peaceful parking area is not intended for that!

Spacious, long spaces. Very quiet. Ten minutes by bike to the center of Lommel.

Slept well here for two nights. Quiet at night and not very busy during the day. There are rubbish bins but no other facilities. The surface is good and level. Wonderful walks through the Lommelse Sahara, and you can also go mountain biking.

We spent the night here while on our route. Great place. No services, but quiet and safe.

Peaceful place at the entrance to the Sahara nature reserve. The spaces are narrow and long, but if it were busy and you parked staggered, you would still have room beside your camper.

Beautiful spot. Very new and quiet parking area next to a playground and close to cycling and walking routes through the Lommelse Sahara.

Quiet night. In the evening, a few people were still in the parking area; they left their engines running for a long time and smoked. Fifteen minutes on foot or six minutes by bike to Dol-Fijn playground, skate park and swimming pool. The walk through the adjacent Lommelse Sahara forest is varied and fun for children, with a lookout tower, zip line and snake-shaped play equipment.
