Been here?
Large family campsite surrounded by countryside and close to the Råbjerg Mile dune, with hedged pitches offering privacy. Facilities include clean modern sanitary areas, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, whirlpool, playgrounds, kitchen and WLAN, while some pitches are far from the facilities. The site is 12 km south of Skagen and suits walking and cycling trips. It can be quiet in the low season, though prices and some extras are considered high.

Avoid this campsite. We were not refunded the remaining balance on our prepaid card at check-out, which is unacceptable. Only 2 washing machines for the entire campsite, poor facilities, and everything feels run-down and neglected. It looks like a campsite in decline. Definitely not worth the money and we won't be back.
Beautiful but very large campsite. The hedges provide privacy. Some sanitary facilities are quite a long walk away. They were modern and clean. You can buy bread rolls in the morning. Electricity and hot water included.
We arrived at the site spontaneously and were able to choose a nice pitch. Several were still available. Quiet site, spacious pitches, lots of nature, spacious washrooms and areas, swimming pool, etc.! Gladly again! Be sure to visit the sand dune! Less than 10 minutes away by car!
Wonderful campsite, everything well maintained. The bathrooms with showers are very spacious, and the pitches are separated by hedges, offering lots of privacy. One night for two adults: 370 kroner, a fair price for the services.
Beautiful but very large campsite. Great indoor and outdoor swimming pool for children. There is also a sauna and whirlpool. We were a little unlucky with our pitch, as we were very far from the sanitary facilities and kitchen, so one star deducted because the distribution of the sanitary facilities does not quite work for me. Otherwise everything was clean and the staff were very friendly.
Beautiful large campsite. Very quiet in the low season. Sanitary facilities 1A. Swimming pool available and included. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Self-check-in worked well.
Very well-maintained campsite with beautiful and clean sanitary facilities. Everything was nicely heated with underfloor heating. The communal kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave and hobs, was a real added benefit. We stayed here for two nights.
Of course the site is tidy, spacious and well equipped, but even a game of mini-golf costs extra despite the already high prices. It simply is not worth it.
Warm welcome. Very clean showers and toilet facilities; the kitchen and washing-up area were great. Large pitches with privacy. Large children’s playground, great for cycling and hiking.
Very large pitches. Everything is a little spread out, as it is a very large campsite. Clean sanitary facilities and very friendly staff. The prices for a pitch with a dog are simply a little overpriced.
The site was good. Sanitary facilities very clean. We felt the price was a little too high. The first night was wonderfully quiet. The second was less so. One neighbour thought it was a good idea to party until 1:30 a.m. But the site operators cannot be blamed for that.
We normally do not stay at large campsites, but it worked out that way this time. The campsite was very quiet and the pitches offer lots of privacy. All the sanitary facilities were neat! The washing machine worked well. Our children loved the swimming pool! Expensive, but all campsites around here are.
You probably need to book online in advance, because during this period the reception is only open until 4 p.m. on weekdays. How is that possible? We tried calling, but after five minutes the call centre still had not answered. We drove on.
The site was quite empty when we visited it, but the site is fully equipped, nice area with trees, hedges and nice nature.
Everything great. Very clean and well maintained.
We arrived on 19 September at 5:40 p.m.; reception closed at 4 p.m., but envelopes containing a barrier and sanitary-facility access badge, a pitch number and instructions were available in a box near the reception door. This allowed us to enter and settle in, and the next day we were able to get the ACSI rate of €25 at reception. Immaculately clean sanitary facilities. I recommend this campsite!
€70 for a pitch and two people. Extremely expensive. Showers are included at this price, as is the swimming pool. The washing machine costs 45 DKK and the dryer 25. The campsite is very well maintained and the sanitary facilities are very clean, but if you arrive after 4 p.m. it is impossible to do laundry because reception is closed and you need reception to recharge the card.
Huge campsite; from my pitch it felt as if I were alone in nature… but it has no soul. Apart from the receptionist at check-in, I did not meet any other staff. It has the feel of a motel.
Really nice camping site really close to the sand dunes. Indoor and outdoor pools are perfect such as the playground areas. Cleaning and cooking areas were perfect such as showers and toilets. We highly recommend !
The campsite is spectacular, super clean and well maintained, and has all the activities and facilities listed at the beginning! It has professional kitchens with an oven included! But beware! The price for a van is not the one shown: two adults and two children aged 7 and 13 cost 550 kroner, about €70!!! A bit expensive! I am not giving it 5 stars because it is far from everything!
We had everything. Kitchen enough room, tidy, nice stuff. Family friendly. Safe and quiet.
The best campsite I have ever seen. Spacious pitches surrounded by greenery, with luxury-hotel-standard facilities, including facilities for dogs. Good price with ACSI.
Very beautiful and well-maintained campsite. Large pitches and very attractive, modern sanitary facilities. Many opportunities for activities from here. The golf course nearby was very nice.
Great campsite, nothing going on, wonderful sanitary facilities, cooking facilities, pool—everything tip-top. €23 with ACSI. However, our eyes nearly popped out when we wanted to rent bicycles: 450 DKK (€60) for 24 hours for ONE bicycle???? What??
The campsite has everything you need: laundry, kitchen, washing-up area, nice clean showers included, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, fresh water and wastewater facilities. Top campsite, but rather expensive. In the low season, one camper and two people cost 280 kroner.
Another stop on our Jutland tour in September. As everywhere in Denmark where we have been so far, it was very clean and friendly. Many options for travellers with dogs, including a fenced dog forest. Everything is included in the price, including use of the swimming pool. We felt very comfortable, thank you.
