River parking, quiet nights

The picnic table and bins have disappeared, but this simple spot with a lovely view is perfectly adequate for spending the night. Very little traffic. We slept well.

We could not see a picnic table or bin. In addition, a car arrived at night with squealing tires, honked six times next to us, and then drove away again. Otherwise, we had a quiet night.

Snow-cleared gravel parking area with a very dirty picnic table and no bin. View of the frozen river below. Very close to the road, but little traffic at night. Not much choice since we avoided Karasjok. Austere town.

Before reaching Karasjok, since we had read the reviews and did not like them. We slept peacefully, with the noise of a few cars, but there were not many.

We had just entered Norway. We ate there in the evening and left again just as quickly. When I went to the bin, barely had I got out of the motorhome when five mosquitoes were on my hand. I had never seen anything like it… Otherwise, the view is nice.

Beautiful place for one night, although at this time of year it is teeming with mosquitoes.

Perfect for lunchtime.

Good place without facilities.

Very good for a night in late October. quiet and very good 4G.
