This is free roadside parking beside the beach, convenient for visiting Llandudno and the Great Orme. The town is a 10 minute walk away, and the promenade can accommodate vehicles of all sizes. Parking is not permitted overnight, with dog walkers and frequent traffic from 8am. There are walks, a beach, a café, toilets and a mini train nearby.

Excellent parking spot for visiting one of the most beautiful cities in Wales. Right on the beach and only about 1 km from the city center. As of August 2024: free and no overnight stays.

Great place to park up if you want to explore Llandudno/ Great Orme. We got our bikes out and cycled around Marine Drive (Great Orme) although many were walking too. The beach is great for sunset low tide. we walked out so far! Epic views all around. Laundrette around corner. Bring coins. We cooked dinner, then left around 9pm. Signage states no overnight from midnight til 8am.
