Been here?
A well-maintained campsite beside a lake, surrounded by tulip fields, with spacious grass pitches and clean sanitary facilities. Each pitch has electricity, fresh water and wastewater connections, and toilet and grey-water disposal are available. Keukenhof is 3.5 km away by cycle path, while the beach is about 2,7 km away; cycling routes lead into nature and nearby shops. The site also has a restaurant or bistro, bread service and a small playground.

Well-maintained, quiet site with a pleasant atmosphere and generous pitches. Clean sanitary facilities, a small children's playground, and facilities for emptying the toilet and gray water. Fresh water and wastewater connections at every pitch. Restaurant with bread-roll service. What more could you want? The beach is about 2.7 km away, and shopping is about 3 km away.
Very nice site. Electricity and water connections at the pitch. A beautiful starting point for cycling to the beach and into nature. The cycle paths are excellent. Shopping is easily accessible by bike. Small restaurant open from 4–8 p.m. on site, or a five-minute walk around the corner. We would happily return.
We spent three wonderful days here. The site is very well maintained, and the welcome at reception was exceptionally friendly. Showers and toilets were clean and fine. Bread-roll service and a bistro on site, plus a lovely circular path around the lake. The small road at the edge of the site has little traffic and did not bother us.
Well-maintained campsite. Motorhome pitches are between mobile homes. The road is clearly audible during the day. The cassette disposal has been poorly designed and is very impractical.
Very pleasant campsite with clean facilities, friendly staff, and good organization. The pitches are sufficiently large and the atmosphere is pleasantly quiet. The sanitary facilities were well maintained, and everything generally made a tidy impression. Good location for excursions and relaxation. We would happily return.
Friendly welcome. Very neat campsite, ideal for visiting Keukenhof by bike. Be sure to reserve in advance.
Beautiful, superbly equipped site, very clean, with nice people at reception. A pitch with a private bathroom was really fantastic. Unfortunately, we couldn't extend our stay because everything was booked up for the tulip season. Absolutely highly recommended; ideal for visiting the tulip fields and Keukenhof. We will definitely do this again—it is wonderfully beautiful.
A really beautiful campsite. Very well maintained and clean. Between the tiny houses there are rows for campers. We had a private bathroom, which was truly perfect. Keukenhof can be reached by bike in 15 minutes, and the North Sea as well. The area is full of flower fields inviting you to hike or cycle. The nearest larger city, Leiden, is worth a visit.
Magnificent campsite, excellent welcome, peaceful and very well maintained. I recommend it 200%.
Good location, beautiful lake, good electricity and water facilities, nice staff, good toilets and sufficient showers, lovely events, and nice restaurants.
The location is absolutely beautiful - perfect for cycling and walking, with easy access to the village, the dunes, the sea, and the forest. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise, with tasty food and a cozy atmosphere. However, the showers were a letdown: often on the colder side, not clean, the water shut off too quickly. Noise could also be an issue at times, especially during busy periods.
Friendly welcome, great site, very clean sanitary facilities. Many seasonal campers. Lovely path to the lake and around the site. La Volière and Como on, bistro/restaurant in the greenhouse about 700 m away—really excellent. The campsite restaurant was closed on Tuesdays. It must be wonderful at the end of April during tulip season, but for us it was already over.
Well, it's just average. The washroom and black-water disposal were about 300 m away, even though the site consists almost entirely of bungalows. The on-site bistro is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. The lakeshore and dog park can only be used to a limited extent from April 1 to October 1, due to a dog ban or leash requirement. Unfortunately, the beautiful North Sea beach is somewhat far away, 3.4 km.
We stayed at the campsite from May 4 to May 12, 2025, in beautiful weather and took many lovely bike rides. A well-maintained campsite. We booked a separate toilet and shower hut and were very satisfied with everything.
Great site! We have already been here for a weekend for the second time. Smaller toilets at the front and a larger sanitary area farther back. Everything clean! In the morning you can buy bread rolls and pastries; in the evening there is a restaurant directly on the site. Lake with a dog exercise area directly adjacent, including bars with lake views. A great cycling route through the dunes to the beach. Everything is very straightforward. Booking is possible online or on site.
We had a very well-maintained pitch amid the tulip and hyacinth fields. The bread rolls were super delicious. The showers were very clean. Friendly and reasonably priced. Many thanks.
Very clean sanitary facilities, with toilet paper, washbasins with hot water, and soap. Pitches on grass with electricity. Ideal campsite for visiting the tulip fields.
Very nice site with everything we need. Parking available for an additional car. Very nice cycle paths both to the beach, to Noordwijk aan Zee, and through the tulip fields to Keukenhof. Everyone very friendly. Quiet.
From the first row it is 250 m to the showers, although there are three toilets nearby. Great for dog owners, as the lake with an off-leash area is directly beside the campsite. Ideal starting point for cycling trips and beach visits, 2.5 km away.
We stayed here for one night. Very friendly welcome at reception. Beautiful location by a lake; the nearby North Sea beach is also highly recommended.
Superb site. Not too large, pleasantly quiet, and with very friendly staff. We booked our own washroom with toilet, which was simply excellent. Laundry was done quickly. The biggest plus is the beautiful surrounding landscape: lake, flower fields, sea, and an impressively beautiful cycle path through the dunes to Zandvoort. We will be back!
Excellent motorhome pitch with everything included. Sanitary facilities very well maintained and cleaned several times a day. There is even the possibility to do laundry. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Really superb.
Ideal starting point for visiting Keukenhof by bike or even on foot. Very helpful reception. The access to the pitches is quite muddy. Installing grass pavers like those on the pitches would be a sensible improvement.
Nice campsite, perfect for visiting Keukenhof and the dunes, about 2.5 km away. We spent one night beside it in the parking area for 50 cents. This is only allowed with permission from the campsite. Otherwise, as everywhere at campsites in Holland, the heavy rain does not do the ground any good. It is very deep or muddy everywhere.
Campsite very well located halfway between the beach and Keukenhof park. Park your van and hop on your bikes via magnificent cycle paths. Very clean sanitary facilities. My only comment might be the price: €54 for a van and four people is quite a budget.
