A very quiet, flat parking area beside Tully Cottages, with a peaceful night and no road noise. The narrow access road is passable, with crossing areas, and a short walk leads to the lough shore and a pleasant 2k route. There are no facilities or bins, and the parking area itself has no lake view. The lower car park near the entrance is preferred to the tiny upper area.

When you see the narrow road, you hesitate to continue, but it is passable without any problem and there are passing areas. The place is very quiet and clean, with a few walkers during the day. We were alone that night, without a sound. A pleasant walk can be taken here. Prefer this parking area to the one at the château—it is flatter and does not disturb the residents.
Lovely quiet spot for a night. We parked in the cottage car park lower area. There is no facilities at all not even a bin. No views over the lake but the lake is a short walk where there is a nice 2k route.
