Marina waterside site, no disposal

This small, beautiful camping spot is lovingly maintained by the members of the marina. Huge shower, everything very clean and well maintained. Gladly return, and all for about 20 euros.

For one night, this time of year, it was good. no need for anything else. close to the center of the city. Motala is made for biking, really good bikelaines

Well-maintained, straightforward camping spot directly by the lake. You park on grass. The shower and toilet are clean. There is only one shower, which could be an issue when fully occupied. Swimming is possible, but there is a better option about 10 minutes away.

Actually a nice spot right by the water. However, 475 SEK per night with electricity for a motorhome is rather expensive for this place. We decided against it and drove on.

Not a quiet spot: the railway is behind it and the expressway above. Freight trains and commuter trains alternate. At 285 SEK, this new site is not really acceptable. No dishwashing room, older washrooms and showers. One positive: payment via QR code.

Good campsite near the water! Some noise from the road and trains. Good facilities with clean toilets and shower. Both grey-water and black-water disposal. Fresh water is also available. You can walk to the centre in about 30 minutes. Feels safe.

Small camping spot at the marina with clean sanitary facilities. The lock is easily reached by bicycle. Perfectly fine for one night. Caution!!!! Our bicycle batteries were stolen at night. A warning from the operator would have helped us, since according to him it has happened there several times. The operator supported us in reporting it to the local police.

Beautiful camping spot by the water, and the city is easily reachable on foot. Clean sanitary facilities. The downside was that there are already many mosquitoes and lots of old droppings scattered across the meadow. Otherwise, a great spot for one night with all services. Check-in via QR code, which shows the available spaces.

250 SEK with electricity for one night. The road can be heard during the day, but it was quiet at night. The washing machine was locked (at this time of year?) and I could not find a place to wash dishes either. On the other hand, the shower can be used without a time limit or extra cost.

Payment by credit card only; VISA unfortunately did not work for us. Friendly campers with Mastercard solved the problem.

We arrived and discovered that we could not check in online because our credit card payment did not work. We spoke to other campers, who said the site was fully booked. We contacted the harbourmaster, who assigned us a space where we were also able to pay by card in the evening. So if everything is shown as “full” online and payment is not possible, call the harbourmaster.
