Good location for spending a pleasant night; wind turbines are nearby, but we did not see them because of the fog. Contrary to the reviews by mydoganddl, who posted 82 negative reviews about every location so that foreign tourists would respect hiking parking areas, there were four motorhomes here, three of them Norwegian...✦Translating

Wonderful rest area, a starting point for many hiking trails, including long-distance routes, depending on your preferences. Lots of grazing animals; we had an absolutely quiet night.✦Translating

Very peaceful. And not really for hikers, because there are no real hiking routes. But you can explore 70 windmills by foot if that is what you want to do in norway.

Nice place with one big caveat! Forget parking six cars. This is primarily intended for locals going hiking, not for lots of motorhomes and similar vehicles.✦Translating
