Bridge parking, traffic noise

We were there on Sunday around 2 p.m. The motorhome spaces were completely filled with cars. Some drivers stood beside their vehicles and watched me maneuver my 6.4-meter van backward out of the completely overcrowded parking area.✦Translating

The gravel makes it rather noisy. Strangely, many cars drive across the parking area at night, plus there is unfortunately the main road.✦Translating

Actually very nicely located. But the motorhome spaces are ruthlessly taken over by cars; my van was parked in so tightly that I could no longer get out and had to wait.✦Translating

The large parking area consists of six adjacent sections. There are considerably more than ten spaces. Cars, motorhomes and trailers all park together chaotically. On weekends in good weather, finding a free space is like winning the lottery; during the week, it is no problem. Great hiking area around the Müngsten Bridge.✦Translating

Good starting point for hikes. In good weather, day-trippers often fill the area with cars. So when the weather is nice, it gets very busy. A service station with toilet, available for a fee, would be nice.✦Translating

We were here on a Saturday and all the motorhome spaces were occupied by cars. No chance.✦Translating

Not for people with heightened security concerns. Across the way, in the parking area near the Wupper, caravans offering sexual services and their corresponding clientele often gather. No problem during the day, but not recommended for overnight stays.✦Translating

I was completely alone in the entire parking area, which was almost a little frightening—it was so deserted. The road is right next to it, but very little traffic passes at night; it becomes noisy from around 5:30 a.m. due to commuter traffic. The site is pleasantly level.✦Translating

From the entrance, at the back right, there is an official parking area for motorhomes. It accommodates about three or four vehicles. The area is sufficiently level, but the main road is clearly audible, so bring earplugs! The adjacent Brückenpark and the forests are worth visiting.✦Translating
