Camping municipal de Peone

It is no longer the municipal campsite (so the number for reservations is incorrect), but Camping Le Cian, managed by the Hôtel du Col de Crous on the village square in Péone. Otherwise, the campsite is good, with spacious pitches surrounded by greenery. However, the sanitary facilities are very outdated and insufficient: one men’s toilet and shower and one women’s toilet and shower. They apparently are not cleaned every day.

Very quiet campsite, 300 meters from the village. Aging but clean sanitary facilities. Wi-Fi does not work and 4G reception is weak. The spaces are quite small, so it is not easy with vehicles over 6.5 meters. Price €20, a little expensive for what is offered.

Great campsite for tents and a few vans. Very clean sanitary facilities, plus a room with a microwave and coffee maker. We saw chamois on the cliff opposite in the late afternoon. Very quiet and pleasant.

Beautiful, clean, relaxing campsite. It was Pentecost Sunday, but the manager still came out to provide electricity because the hookup had tripped.

Very clean campsite close to a lovely small village, €15.40 for a motorhome and two people; electricity and showers are expensive, €5 and €3 respectively.
