Farm Holiday Hermit's Cave

Quiet and very well-organized campsite.

Adequate welcome from the owner, who speaks a little French. The staff present were very friendly and helped me find my lost dog with one of the dogs on site. The pitch was full of ants, next to the rubbish bin. Old and dirty shower, dirty toilet. But I needed a good night's sleep, so 3 out of 5.

We had dinner here and I must say we ate well. They have no menu, so the cost remains unknown, but I must say the dinner price was very fair for the quality offered. As for the overnight stay alone, without using any services, €10 is excessive, especially if you dine here. I give 4 stars for the food and 2 for the parking itself, so an average of 3.

Very quiet and cool night at Agriturismo Grotta Dell’Eremita, even at the end of June! Very nice host couple. We ate exceptionally well for very little money, and there was no extra charge for staying overnight. We were only four people, with another camper, and the restaurant opened for us at 8 p.m. We would gladly come back anytime.

It is wonderfully quiet to sleep here! Friendly owners and a decent toilet. The restaurant is okay for the price you pay (€35 per person for a four-course menu including drinks).

Very nice agriturismo, and above all, the owners of the agriturismo restaurant are good, honest workers. They let us stay in the yard, and then we had a very pleasant dinner at their restaurant. However, there is no waste disposal or electricity, but we did not need them. Thank you.

Excellent place for one night. Close to Castelmezzano. €10 for two people and a camper. Nobody else was there.

The owners are not even aware that their place is listed on Park4Night. They were surprised when we asked whether it was possible to sleep there. The lady forced us to eat there, although we would have done so anyway. The welcome was very cold and distant. They made us sleep at the top of the road among cut wood and machinery. The owner's female dog is adorable, though!

We were able to spend the night for free after eating at the restaurant in the evening. The toilets in the games room, with billiards and table tennis, are available 24/7. Good breakfast too.

Beautiful farm with delicious dinner (€30 for two people). Since we do not speak Italian, communication took place with hand gestures. There was no menu. The access was exciting, as there is only a small road, and the tires also spun a little on the way to the parking area. Nice place to stay for one night. There is a playground.

We had a splendid night. Ate really well at the restaurant (50 euros for 4 people) it was delicious and we were allowed to park for free for the night. Connected power to the building of the holiday apartments, used the toilets in the games room (billiard and ping pong, TV). In July it was full of fireflies at night and kids looooved that. Very lovely owner who was super kind

Beautiful place to stay. Nice and helpful people. The Italian dinner was perfetto. We are having breakfast now, and that is delicious too. The pitch behind the house is fine, and the visit from the little fox provided some entertainment. We enjoyed ourselves and can only recommend the place.
