Via Gardesana, 209, 37018, Malcesine
Been here?
A small, terraced campsite directly beside Lake Garda, with lake views and access to the water. Its sanitary facilities are new and very clean, and there is a minibar, small shop, café and restaurant about 100m away. Upper pitches can be easier for motorhomes up to 7m, while the nearby main road is audible at night.

Camping right by the water. Not far away, among olive trees. Terraced layout. The sanitary facilities are excellent, very clean and new. There is a minibar on site where you can buy basic products. Located between the lake and a road, which can be heard at night, but this is Lake Garda, so you have to accept it. Prices vary depending on where you park. Very friendly. Ideal place for surfing.
We stayed at this incredibly beautiful campsite for three nights. For the first two nights, we had a space in the back rows, directly next to the road, which is a little louder but also cheaper, while still offering a great view of the lake. For the third night, we were allowed to move further forward, and we immediately forgot about the road. The site has direct access to the lake, which we enjoyed and used often; it was an absolute highlight for us. There were enough toilets, showers, and even a gym. The sanitary facilities were very clean, and the owners were incredibly kind. They paid great attention to guest satisfaction. The price was absolutely fair. A bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away, and the bus takes 8 minutes to reach Malcesine. We will definitely visit this place again and highly recommend it.
We stayed here in the middle of May. Warm welcome by the owners. We stayed one night and opted for a spot on the upper rank as it is hard to navigate to the lower ranks with large motorhome (7m). Would be worth it if you're staying longer. Facilities are clean and modern. View is amazing and their small cafeteria serves coffee, snacks and cocktails!
Great campsite. We felt very comfortable. Warm welcome, quiet, lake view, clean and modern sanitary facilities, and a bread roll service. We will be back.
The place to be! It is simply beautiful there! Great views, very friendly owners, everything clean and new! We will be back. There is even a gym and a café with a great view. We had a lakeside pitch—amazing! The price is high, but we were happy to pay it for the location and atmosphere. Dogs are allowed.
We spent three nights down by the water. Very friendly family and clean site, with a new, well-equipped gym. The bread roll service and cappuccino were also positive. Showers and toilets were new and clean.
Our absolute favorite place on Lake Garda. Very welcoming owners, panoramic views of the lake or pitches directly by the water with lake access, and very clean sanitary facilities. Small but beautiful. Highly recommended!
Great service. We placed ourselves between the service area and the lake and were not disturbed by service-area users. Nice little bar at reception. Worth a visit.
Nice, small campsite. The lakeside pitches are unfortunately, though understandably, mostly occupied by long-term guests. Sanitary facilities are clean. The bar is good and reasonably priced. The upper pitches are very nice, but unfortunately are next to the busy main road. Nevertheless, recommended.
Quite tight spaces, but wonderful place. Very friendly reception, clean facilities. Lake pitches are AMAZING! At first we doubted about the pitch we got, but the next day we extended our stay :D Easy to reach amazing restaurant nearby, plenty of private beaches.
We arrived without a reservation and were initially told that they were unfortunately fully booked. I got back into the campervan to search for another place. Twenty minutes later, the owner returned and said that the person who had reserved a pitch had just canceled by phone, so I could have it. We looked at it, liked it, and took it. I am staying there for two days now. €28 per day.
Very nice campsite with a great view of the lake, especially from the front rows. It was not easy to park in our pitch, but the view made it worthwhile! ☺️ Very friendly staff, clean toilets!
Problem: parking. With our 6.96 m motorhome, we had to ask other drivers to move briefly so that we could maneuver into our pitch with millimeter precision. Very noisy during the day, but it improves after dark. Sanitary facilities are clean; the black-water disposal area smells a little because the door cannot be opened.
Very nice small campsite with good showers. The private access to the lake is lovely.
Really nice campsite right by the water, with brand-new, very well-maintained sanitary facilities. Run by a very nice couple. There are pitches by the water and above it on two terraces. However, the site is very winding and the plots are small. Very fair price for Lake Garda (€18 or €16 for the pitch, €11 per person). I would come again!
Very nice owners who also speak German. The campsite is very winding. I think it would be difficult with larger vehicles. The sanitary facilities are clean. Unfortunately, there is no place to put things in the very large shower, which makes things a little difficult. The proximity to the water and the view are beautiful. We will definitely come again.
A full five stars—everything is perfect here.
Very friendly staff, a great, clean site with shower and toilet, and a small café at reception. You can park directly by the water or in the olive grove. However, the road next to it is very busy, even at night.
The campsite was closed and will open on April 12. The door was open, but nobody was there. A construction worker mentioned that it would open on April 12.
