Schwaan campsite

Campsite beside a river. Peaceful and pleasant. Clean, adequate bathrooms. The pitch is very large. Only three stars because of the price: we stayed one night, two adults and two dogs, for 47 euros. It is not worth that.

Nice campsite, clean toilets and free choice of pitch. Guests staying for one night are less welcome and pay a 5-euro surcharge. The lady at reception said they sometimes had 40 one-night stays, which causes major problems for them. In my opinion, that still means 1,200 euros per day in revenue. We were three people with a camper van and one dog, without electricity, and paid a 36-euro surcharge.

Very good place. It has everything you need. The only thing missing was somewhere to eat, such as a kiosk or restaurant. Hence four out of five stars. Very fresh toilets.

The price-to-quality ratio is wrong. The campsite is far too expensive, the ladies at reception are unfriendly, and the shower keeps stopping. I do not recommend this place.

Small campsite beside a river. The listed prices are no longer correct: 10 euros per person, 12 euros for a motorhome, 4 euros for electricity, and a 5-euro surcharge for one-day transit campers, which was waived for us. Pitches are on meadows and in mature woodland. Many seasonal campers; free choice of pitch where possible.

Beautiful, idyllic and natural campsite on the Warnow. Large playground, small bathing area, small snack bar and friendly people. Prices are reasonable: 31.50 euros for two people, a dog, electricity and showers. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful place to stop on our way to the Rostock Ferry, arrived after 5pm (reception closed) but they were expecting us (we had emailed ahead to enquire about availability) and the check in process was very easy. Clean facilities and relaxing birdsong!

A beautiful site on the Warnow. Good, spacious pitches, a wonderful sunset, and once darkness falls, the nightingale begins to sing.

Absolutely excellent for us. Plenty of space at the end of September and short-notice stays possible. Very nice staff member; the sanitary facilities are older but adequate.

Great location on the Warnow and in the pine forest, with a lovely landing and bathing area, lots of nature and peace! Many seasonal campers, very unfriendly women at reception, an excessively expensive thawed cake from Handelshof, very outdated sanitary facilities that were sometimes not particularly clean, 20 euros per night for two people in a van with electricity, and 20 euros for a two-person kayak for four hours.

Everything is good: swimming, snack bar, pitches, waste disposal, fresh water, washing machine and dryer, and even a microwave. Peaceful. The only small drawback was that one of every two showers was working in our area. The male users do not seem to know what the squeegee provided is for.

Very nice operator, flexible—we arrived late at night and the barrier was closed. We called ahead and were still able to stay overnight. Normally this site is not intended for people just passing through, but for holidaymakers staying longer than one night. It is better to pre-order bread rolls, otherwise there may not be enough.

We stayed for one night with a motorhome on our way to rostock fairy. Showers and toilet very cleane. Laundry and dryer for 4 eur each. They have a small dinner, we took french fried, potatos and hotdog was good and tasty. Staff were nice.

Beautiful site with everything a camper could wish for. Highly recommended.

Very nice campsite that was clean and lovely. Friendly staff who really looked after the guests. There is a small restaurant serving good, simple food. Highly recommended.
