Park viewpoint, sleeping forbidden

A rude worker came at 7:30am, warning that she’ll call the rangers, it is forbidden to sleep here, it’s already inside the Telašćica park. The place was nice in the morning, lots of stars in the night although.

Paid park between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in summer, but outside those hours there is no one at the entrance booth and nobody asks you for proof once inside. Arrive late, as staff are still walking around—we saw some at 9:30 p.m.—and leave early, as staff arrive around 7 a.m. You will have the salt lake to yourself before tourists arrive around 10 a.m. Snorkeling at the end of the lake; take the scree slope, the cliffs are great!✦Translating

We entered the park early with our motorhome (admission for 24 hours was 200 kuna), took a wonderful hike over the cliffs to the salt lake, and spent one night here—fantastic view, highly recommended.✦Translating
