Very beautiful and quiet natural campsite. Terraced on a slope. Large pitches. Some pitches have wastewater and water. Electricity charged according to consumption. Bread-roll service! The sanitary facilities are somewhat older, but always clean and tidy. We would definitely come again. Bad Bentheim is really beautiful for cycling.

July 26, 2026. Nice campsite with everything you need. Friendly welcome with good information and explanations. Motorhome and two people: €29.50. Electricity paid separately according to consumption. Bad Bentheim is 2.5 km from the campsite by bike.

We (two adults and one dog) stayed at the campsite for three days. The site is nicely situated in the countryside, and the pitches are large. The sanitary building is old, and cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Overall, the site looks neglected, especially the entrance areas of the sanitary facilities and reception. There are many rules and prohibitions. Fine for a stopover.

Simple campsite with few facilities. Well maintained, sanitary facilities clean but everything is very old. We paid €42.50 for two adults, one child, and one dog in a motorhome, which we feel is too expensive for what is offered.

Very beautiful, tidy campsite. The sanitary facilities were clean and the whole campsite was visibly well maintained. The atmosphere was pleasant and the owners were kind and spoke fluent Dutch! You can order bread rolls for the next morning, and various drinks are sold at reception. All in all, a great experience!

Small, beautiful campsite. You are warmly welcomed at reception and everything is explained very well. The sanitary facilities are clean and quickly reachable on foot. The site itself is very quiet. The nearest town is 10 minutes by bike or 45 minutes on foot.

Very well-maintained, quiet site. Bad Bentheim and the castle can be reached by bike in 10 minutes. Very clean sanitary facilities and good waste disposal.

Very pleasant, quiet terraced campsite. Large pitches with grass surfaces. Water at every pitch. Good, clean sanitary facilities and bread-roll service. Excellent base for beautiful bike rides in the border region. The only drawbacks are the very poor Wi-Fi and mobile-phone reception.

Exceptionally quiet at night, with strict quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sanitary facilities are good, the site is very well maintained, and there are both shady and sunny pitches. You can start an 11 km hike directly from the site into the forest.

Drove here spontaneously and got a great pitch. The pitches are quite large and the sanitary facilities are clean. We immediately stayed two nights longer. Excellent value for money.
