It is outrageous to charge money for this place. It is directly beside a road, which is not heavily traveled in the evening, at the entrance to the village. The site consists of a sloping meadow and gravel opposite. No services or anything else. Outside the season it is free because there is no mailbox. Then it looks like a turning area. You cannot stay anywhere worse in Sweden.✦Translating

Dreamily peaceful place. The night sky full of stars was overwhelming and the quiet heavenly. We stayed there alone at the beginning of September. The “Michel” farm is also worth visiting. Everything is very attractively laid out.✦Translating

Quiet spot next to the Katthulthof on the left before the official parking lot. We visited Katthult, took a bike tour and returned in the evening. Had a pleasant stay. Payment can be done in SEK or EUR in a mailbox.

We were at the site yesterday; there was no mailbox and no sign saying motorhomes were allowed to stay there. There was nothing. It looked like a turning area for forestry workers. What a shame—we had planned to spend the night there.✦Translating

Very nice overnight site. Absolutely recommended. No services or trash bin available. It is very quiet at night and you can see the stars. The Katthult farm from Astrid Lindgren’s “Michel” films is about a 150 m walk away.✦Translating
