The marked port location is a dead end and is not suitable as a parking place, requiring difficult reversing near parked cars and deep water. Parking has been used about 100m along the port access, where it is quiet with no services and only occasional sailor traffic. Bars are nearby, and the town centre is 5-10 min away.

We slept wonderfully! In front of the little beach without disturbing anyone. The area of the former fishing village is amazing. You can turn around at the end of the pier by the petrol station, or reverse those few metres without any problem!
Do not go to this gps. It's a dead end that you have to reverse with parked cars on one side and deep water on the other. It is niy a parking place in any way.
We spent two nights on the harbour breakwater itself, 100 metres away. No services. Very peaceful. There is a bar nearby. A sailor's car passes occasionally, but nothing more. You sleep well. Five to ten minutes from the centre. Beautiful surroundings and village. In the morning, seeing the shellfish gatherers on the beach is impressive. DO NOT MISS IT! The village is well worth visiting: restaurants, a parador, palaces, marshes and more. Essential.
We spent the night there by the sea. The place was peaceful and there were no problems.
Quiet area. We parked at the access to the harbour arm without any problems.
Parking could be possible but be careful how gps brings you to this area as we were taken down roads less than 2.1M wide and maybe too low so had to reverse back 500m through narrow streets and found somewhere else. Only saw later there’s a different way to access
About 100 metres along the access road to the harbour, you can park and the views are excellent. We did not spend the night, but it is perfect for eating and visiting Cambados.
