Been here?
ACSI coastal campsite with calm setting near beach (150m walk on asphalt path). Shaded and sunny spots available; some offer sea views. Clean facilities with hot showers. No entrance barriers allow wild camping. Evening animation creates noise until 11pm. Reception may not respond when fully booked.

Very nice place; we stayed on the cliff, so the view was magnificent! The campsite is really quiet, the facilities are clean, and the washing-up area has a view of the ocean—it was incredible! The only small drawback is that there is no barrier, so anyone can enter the campsite. We therefore had wild campers arriving late and leaving early, causing a little noise, but apart from that everything was perfect!
Nice, simple campsite with shaded or sunny pitches, some also with sea views. The paved path to the beach takes about two minutes. The sanitary facilities are perfectly adequate and clean, although the shower water pressure could be stronger. One point deducted because of the noise from the campsite opposite, though not all pitches are affected.
We have been here twice already. Shaded pitches, clean facilities, within walking distance of the beach and a grocery shop with a bakery, as well as three restaurants/bars overlooking the sea. Great starting point for e-bike tours into town or the surrounding area. Excellent fruit and vegetable stand next door. Perfect for couples, but less suitable for families with children who need entertainment. Reasonable price. Nice staff!
. The site responded to neither emails or contacts via their site. When we arrived a wet Tuesday at the beginning of June we were told fully booked. I got the impression they don’t respond when busy. Looking at the site it looked cramped and very difficult to manoeuvre a large MH. We moved to the municipal site nearby which is both spacious, modern , clean and cheaper
Nice to be near the beach; the receptionist was very kind. The road is quite noisy if you are on that side.
Very quiet campsite by the sea, 150 metres away. Very warm welcome and very clean facilities. Well located for walking to Saint-Jean via the coastal path or taking the bus.
We stayed here last week in one of the pitches by the road. Check-in went smoothly without a reservation, the facilities are clean, and the location is great, both close to the beach and near a lovely walk to the town. However, every evening until 11 p.m. we were bothered by the entertainment team at the campsite opposite. A pitch above or beside the reception building is recommended.
Perfect, everything is excellent.
Everything was perfect! Sea view, very friendly welcome, and clean facilities!
Excellent campsite with the sound of the sea and an always lovely owner. The facilities are clean, the showers are hot, and the beach and restaurants are nearby—book in summer. However, the pizzas from the food truck below were undercooked and disgusting; avoid them.
Very warm welcome. A campsite without a pool, but that is exactly what we were looking for. Very clean facilities, beautiful setting facing the ocean, a real change of scenery, with the sound of the waves guaranteed. Everything is very well maintained. We loved it.
Some pitches have sea views. We enjoyed it. Friendly reception and, with ACSI, good value for money. I will come back.
Very nice campsite, very pleasant hostess, very large pitch, and an excellent restaurant below with a sea view. The only drawback is the lack of a washing machine.
Superb campsite, quiet, close enough to walk to the sea, and accessible on foot or by bike to the town center.
Loved it. Friendly staff and we had a beautiful view from our spot. Basic toilets and showers with hot water were clean. Super close to the beach and some restaurants, 2.5km to town.
Very pleasant welcome and accommodating staff. Two minutes' walk from the beach. However, it is very expensive considering the limited services. Hot water and a large shower, but not enough facilities, especially toilets; sometimes you have to queue. Pitches by the road are somewhat noisy, and you can sometimes hear the entertainment from the campsite opposite.
Booked a pitch at the last minute by phone. Very kind, pleasant, always smiling hostess. A clean campsite with a sea view. Waking up to the sound of the waves was so pleasant. A well-deserved rating of 10/5.
Well-located campsite, close to the beach, with the possibility of walking to Saint-Jean-de-Luz via the coastal path. Pleasant welcome. Access to the upper level is suitable for small and medium-sized motorhomes; XXL vehicles have difficulty maneuvering.
Lovely campsite, sea views and spacious pitches. Very friendly lady at reception. Nice little restaurant next door too. Highly recommended!
Terraced campsite, easily accessible with a small or medium-sized vehicle but probably difficult with a large motorhome. The road side is noisy until 11 p.m. The campsite is very well maintained.
Reception staffed until 7 p.m.! Very friendly, very clean, beautiful pitches directly by the sea, and we paid €24 for two people without electricity. Two seaside restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Absolutely recommended!
Some excellent pitches on a rocky plateau with an incredible view of the sea. Unfortunately, after several days of rain, the grassy pitches are barely drivable. Despite vacant pitches, I was not accepted for this reason. It is a shame that the pitches are not better reinforced.
Beautifully located and very well maintained. The entertainer from the neighboring campsite is a little annoying.
Friendly reception, open 9–12 and 3–7 p.m. The hedge is 1.6 metres high, so there is no sea view, but you can hear and smell the sea. At sunset, people gather at the bars, creating a good atmosphere. Three food trucks nearby. Cycle path to Biarritz, 13 km, a bit confusing. The neighboring campsite has activities every day until 11 p.m. Karaoke was awful. There is sometimes proper music or singers too—very loud, but okay.
It is a nice camping. We arrived late in the night, the staff wasnt there, parked on a free spot and stayed for four nights even thought it was written “FULL”. We paid 50 euros per night for a car, two tents, two adukts and two kids. The beach is 5 mins, small shop 3 mins walk. Very easy-going staff. For beginner surfers (like us) the best bay was Hendaye which is 20mins by car.
A great campsite directly by the sea! We arrived spontaneously and booked an additional night because we liked it so much. The bar below the site offers a perfect view of the sunset. Clean facilities and very nice staff. Disadvantage: Wi-Fi costs extra (€3 per hour or €12 for two days). Very loud entertainment from the neighboring campsite.
great location next to the ocean. stayed for 2 nights. not cheap but very good location. fall asleep with sound of the waves
Excellent campsite, quiet, clean facilities, very well located with access to the ocean, a restaurant, and access to Saint-Jean-de-Luz via a path.
Excellent, clean campsite! Perfect location next to the beach, a bar-restaurant, and a superb walk to the town center!
Great campsite. We stopped with our van to use the facilities. The pitch is excellent; we paid €32 for two people, which is fair. Extremely friendly staff.
Arrived late at night after being let down by a neighbouring campsite. Helped ourselves in as reception was closed, found a plot and spoke to the friendly staff in the morning who only charged us €19 for 2 people, 1 dog in a T6 with no electricity. Good and clean facilities, nice beach with bars etc but we were too late to make use of these. Some noise from the neighbouring camp sites across the road, sounded like a Butlins, so was very grateful we did not end up there.
We were there ten days ago and liked it very much.
We had a wonderful stay of two nights! The campsite itself and the sanitary facilities are very clean and frequently cleaned. The welcome was also very warm and helpful. We had a great pitch with a sea view. We highly recommend the coastal path to Saint-Jean-de-Luz. We would gladly return!
All good, more in the upper price range. It's BYO toilet paper. Plots (that I saw and the one I stayed on ) somewhat uneven. Regarding the seaview: There‘s a 1.50/1.60m hedge. Reception with limited opening times (e.g. closed 12.00 -15.00 h). Okay for a night but wouldn‘t stop there again.
We stopped by spontaneously and were welcomed very warmly. Our pitch was not by the sea and was quite small, but still very cozy. Unfortunately, we could not use electricity because the nearest connection was too far away; after we mentioned it, the fee was immediately refunded. The location is a dream, a perfect place for sunset by the sea. The breakfast baguette is especially delicious!
