88 Rua Castelo Branco Saraiva, 1170-009, Lisboa
Been here?
A simple parking area that is free from Friday night until Sunday night and paid during the rest of the week. Monday to Friday, parking costs apply from 9-19 hours, with tickets limited to 4 hours; an app allows renewal remotely. It can be overfilled with local cars, making parking a large camper difficult, and there may be noise from dogs and a rooster. Tables are available, and tram 28 is about 15 minutes away on foot.

Simple, but nice FREE parking in Lisboa. Spent several nights there over a couple of weeks in Dec '24/Jan '25. Pros: Safe, big, free (in weekends). Cons: Area can be a little overfilled with local cars - tricky to park a big camper, a little noisy (dogs and a rooster), a bit dirty.
Quiet parking area; residents park there from time to time, but it remains peaceful for spending the night. Positive points: 15 minutes on foot from a stop for the famous tram 28, and tables are provided in the parking area for picnics or breakfast… free from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m.Translating
It is a good parking area with a nearby bus connection. The rear bend of the parking area is a little tight. We spent three peaceful nights there during the week. Paid Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Up to four hours per ticket; with the app, the parking ticket can be renewed remotely. The side strip has a sandy surface. At the back are a table, benches, and a rubbish bin.Translating
