I wanted to stay here and hike Shalloch on Minnoch the following morning but Storm Amy had other plans! This would’ve been an absolutely beautiful spot to stay, fairly level and set back from the quiet road with views into the valley. However it’s very exposed to the elements so I decided to park down at Bell’s Memorial instead this time.
