A scenic lakeside parking spot used by anglers, with no services. Access is via a bumpy dirt road past the cemetery and is manageable for a van or panel van. The area is now reported to be quite littered. Anglers may be present, especially during the day and sometimes overnight.

In the evening, cars parked one metre from us; the people were fishing and were very loud, constantly standing by our vehicle. It was so noisy that we could never sleep for more than 20 minutes without being woken by the men. We also felt very uncomfortable.
Dream, dream, dream. Respect this wonderful place! Do not underestimate the dirt track. We managed it in an Opel Zafira car; the weather was very dry. There are often anglers during the day, sometimes overnight. Totally peaceful, especially in the morning. You can hear foxes at night. Very close to the Wonderful Rocks, which are also cool to see! Unfortunately, as so often, there is a little litter.
Fabulous scenic lakeside spot. The dirt road would be almost impassable in wet weather unless you have a 4x4. We made it in a Sprinter campervan. Great sunset and sunrise. Fishermen come and go and are friendly.
This place was totally destroyed by the storms, and the road to get there is gone or closed. Too bad.
