After 500 meters of bumping along, you arrive at a somewhat neglected picnic area. Unlike the parking area before it, the grass had not been mowed, and a large fallen tree blocked the path. Very good! A quiet spot. We arrived around 5 p.m. and were joined by 4 other vehicles. There is plenty of space and picnic tables. There is another parking area farther up; on the way there is a water point. Be careful if arriving at night, as there are a few ruts that can be deep.✦Translating

I really liked this place and stayed for 3 or 4 days. It is very quiet. In the evening, the animals come out: an owl, wildcat, squirrel and grey heron discreetly came to visit. A few people walked along this bird observatory. Nearby by bicycle: bakery, tobacconist, bar, restaurant, supermarket, etc.✦Translating

Very nice place to spend a night in a van or motorhome. Picnic table and small ponds. The only problem is the helicopter school. The last flights finish around midnight, with almost constant noise overhead. During the day it is not very noticeable because of the surrounding traffic, but at night it is unbelievably noisy.✦Translating
