A large paved parking area about 500 meters from the center. Until 30/04, payment applies only on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; from 01/05, parking costs 5 euro for the whole day. The area has CCTV cameras and is very exposed to surrounding apartments. It has no amenities.

We stopped here during the day to take a walk around the lake. It is now paid parking.
Parking area has lots of CCTV cameras, nobody else is parked there, we just didn't feel comfortable nor safe as it is very exposed to all the apartments and people around. We left straight away towards the motorway.
This seemed like a good place to have a quick picnic at lunchtime on the way back, but an individual arrived by car, furious and very threatening, mentioning the police and forcing us and the camper next to us to leave, even though we were parked in a parking lot and eating at a picnic table. Ruined meal break. Sleeping here? Avoid this place.
Fine parking area with a beautiful view. Even flamingos in the water. Small cocktail bar opposite. Great place to sleep! Be careful not to let the older man who owns the camper area next door chase you away! You are genuinely allowed to park here; it's a shame for him. His behavior certainly doesn't encourage people to stay with him. So enjoy a free night here! We will definitely return! TOP.
Rather quiet night! Someone came to tell us we had to go to the camper area at the end of the street. I told him to go check at the station to see if I was there. Legend has it he's still on the platform.
