Very good views. Next to an abandoned resort hotel with abandoned pools on the beach. Stairway down to the beach. The village is downhill on foot, pleasant and with bars and restaurants. Beware: there are areas in the village where motorhomes are prohibited. Crossing through the village can also be difficult in a motorhome.Translating
After reading reviews here where it was mentioned that fines of 120€were applied, I called the local GNR and confirmed that it is indeed prohibited to park overnight here despite no signs anywhere.
Parking with a beautiful view of the sea and town. Suitable for large vehicles. Recycling bins available. We only stopped for lunch and were alone.Translating
I woke up to the GNR knocking on the motorhome door and a €120 fine! Natura 2000 area; overnight stays prohibited.Translating
Parking slightly sloping but with a beautiful view. Suitable for motorhomes up to 8 meters.Translating
Safe large parking lot, great view with beautiful sunset. No problem with GNR. A bit slate, but at the very end of the parking lot it is still OK. The picturesque village is very nice and within 10 minutes easy walking distance.
my friends, according to portuguese law, it is not allowed to park or stay overnight on these beaches. The fine is at least €120 if we pay it straight away but it can go up to €600. I found out the hard way...
