Paid level site, height barrier

Very quiet area beside a village worth visiting. Water for filling tanks and a disposal area.

As the reviews say, it is quiet and level. The road is not bothersome. Reservation is made through the town council's website or via a QR code at the entrance. The barrier opens when it reads the licence plate. It is better to reserve; we were alone at first and ended up being four vehicles.

Comfortable, level area! Very close to the town centre, which you should not miss because it has great charm. The only drawback is the road beside it. We will return!

Very comfortable and complete area; for €8 we had all services. It is very close to the town, which is very interesting and beautiful to visit. There are only five spaces, and the town council website made access very straightforward. We had no problems. We travelled with two girls and felt very safe. Highly recommended.

Very good area, €8 per night. The village and surroundings are beautiful. You have to use a website to pay, reserve and open the barrier; it is a little tedious but it works. I recommend booking a little in advance because there are few spaces.

Excellent motorhome area, with all services working well. The town council staff were very helpful, and the local residents were very accommodating. Thank you; we stayed three days. Today and tomorrow we are at the football field, which is very good for seeing Los Empalaos.

Great area. We paid 8 eur/24hrs, has all services and electricity is included! Saved us on a cold rainy night when we needed a couple of hours of heating. There is some noise from the road but we dont mind that.

Level parking a few minutes' walk from the town. Emptying, filling and electricity are included in the price (€8). Good: very pretty town with grocery shops and a few bars, well worth visiting. To pay, you must register on the website and pay online by card or Bizum; the barrier is opened and closed from the payment website. Bad: fewer electrical sockets than spaces.

Paid area. I paid with Bizum and the barrier opened after three or four minutes. It is level and has water, electricity and disposal facilities. It is recommended for visiting the town, since you cannot enter the town and leave the motorhome on the road. Valverde is wonderful, so I recommend it.

Paid area. If you only want to see the town, you can park on the road if you find a space. It is a shame that the area is not free, at least during the day.

I am giving it one star, not so much because of the area itself but because of its management. I have come several times and never had problems, but today, during the Empalaos festival, demand was high and there were reservations. Staff, presumably acting on behalf of the town council, charged people arriving without reservations even though we warned them. Some people could not enter despite having paid.

The same as other users. After struggling with the app for about 20 minutes and moving the motorhome 200 times so it would read the licence plate, there was no way to enter. The €16 was charged, though. Since it was Sunday, there was no way to contact anyone at the town hall, so I will call on Monday to get the €16 refunded. I will not return, haha.

A magnificent paid area, €8, with all services included, including electricity. The payment app is very intuitive.

Although the area is excellent, it was impossible to enter through the barrier. Neither the QR code nor the web address worked. After registering, it told me I had to go to the library to verify my identity. The town hall and tourist office were not operating when we arrived at 6:30 p.m. I emailed the town hall but have received no reply.

Paid area beside the road, and you have to go through a huge hassle to enter: scan a QR code, provide personal details for data protection, and pay €8. In the end I chose a parking spot farther ahead, beside a river. It was December and everything there was great.

Parking space for five motorhomes or vans. It was very quiet when we went on 16 November 2024. The barrier was open and there was no need to pay; in fact, some cars parked there and took spaces away from the motorhomes.

The site is currently closed; apparently it is being renovated.

Although we do not think it is fair to pay to visit a destination with our mobile homes, we did not dislike the option for that night. The area has all services, including electricity. The barrier-opening system, which must be operated through the app, is a little confusing.

Although I do not mind paying for a well-maintained area, €14 per night from Friday to Sunday seems excessive if you only need an overnight stop and do not need electricity or even water. I used to stop overnight sometimes, buy tasajo and pumpkin blood sausage in the village, and perhaps have a drink at the bar; at this price, I now drive past.

It must be common for vehicles to park beside the barrier and prevent maneuvering into the area. There is no no-parking sign either, but it is common sense that our vehicles need more space than a car to enter. The town council should take action. Conclusion: on the weekend of 4–5 May, the area was empty. We made a quick visit to the village and continued elsewhere.

When we arrived, two cars were parked in front of the barrier, so we could not use it. It is right beside the road.

It is a very complete area. We had a problem: the entrance barrier did not work after we paid on the website. I asked at the nursing home right next door, and they put me in touch with someone from the town hall who came and solved it quickly. Everyone was very kind, as were the people we met in the village.

A ten out of ten.

We spent a very peaceful night. The area is very good, with level spaces and perfectly functioning water and electricity services. It is also just a few metres from the village. A place worth visiting.
