This is a spacious beachside parking area that works as a base for visiting Santorini, although travelling around the island by motorhome is very difficult and a scooter is useful. The beach is close to the airport, with two showers on the left and a beach club nearby. The area is generally practical and family-friendly, but cars and aircraft can be noisy. The beach is long, and restaurants are nearby.

The beach attendant confronted us; he wanted to prohibit us from parking in the shade of the tamarisks. We resisted twice and he did not return a third time. There was no prohibition sign, so the man simply does not want motorhomes that do not rent his beach chairs. Farther north, you can easily park.
Basically a nice parking area, but the beach showers did not work.
Spacious and practical parking area by the beach and very close to the airport. Very quiet area. You can park right in front of Monolitos Beach or continue to the right just past the port, where there is a less touristy beach that you can visit with a dog. At Monolitos Beach you can take dogs on a leash, but they are not allowed to swim. In that area, water shoes are recommended because there are rocks.
Very convenient because there are very few showers on the island. Lots of spaces and a good pizzeria.
