98 Flagstaff Road, BT35 8GP, Newry
Been here?
A parking area reached by a steep access road, with exceptional views, benches and grass. Recent stays found it quiet during the week, with no height restrictions, dog-friendly bins and an amazing view. It can become noisy late in the evening when young drivers test their cars uphill, and the bins may overflow.

The view is simply unbeatable. Unfortunately, the rubbish bins were completely overflowing, so a lot of rubbish was scattered around. The place seems to be a popular destination for young, ambitious drivers who want to test their cars going up the mountain. Peace only returns late in the evening.Translating
