Parking close to the marina and beach, with shade, a dog park and public transport nearby. It is chargeable and convenient for reaching Gothenburg by tram in 25mins, with services every 10 mins. The area can be busy on Friday evenings, but overnight stays were quiet; trams may run until 1am on weekdays.

We spent a couple of very peaceful nights here without any problems, practically alone. The ground is slightly sloping. The village is very beautiful, with public facilities, several fountains and wash areas, and a small shop. The natural pools are spectacular. At Poço da Montera there is a snack bar with toilets and showers. The baker comes by in a van.
