Berg 2, 5652, Dienten am Hochkönig
Been here?
This is a sunny, very quiet farm pitch with spectacular views of the Hochkönig and excellent hiking opportunities. A recent stay for 2 adults and 2 teenagers cost 58€ for two nights without electricity. Water and electricity are available, along with an unenclosed outdoor shower, but there are no toilets. The farm also offers horse riding and children’s activities, although flies and close pitches can be an issue when busy.

We stayed here for two nights with our two kids. It was an absolutely wonderful place with incredibly kind hosts. Without a doubt, it was one of the highlights of our trip, and the hiking opportunities in the area were fantastic. We highly recommend this place!
We stayed there for two nights with two children and a dog. Electricity, water and an amazing view. The welcome was very friendly! The marmot meadow is half an hour away and was a highlight for our children. Childcare and horseback riding with a group—simply fantastic! Thank you for offering this. Very beautiful pitch! We will definitely return!Translating
Very friendly welcome; the owner came by every morning to ask whether everything was okay. The view was superb. We will definitely return.Translating
What a warm welcome and helpful hosts! We will certainly try to visit them again on our way back north. Clean, stunning views, easy access to hiking routes and total tranquility!
A beautiful view and a very friendly owner. We stayed for two nights, 2 adults and 2 teenagers and our T4 California..total cost was 58€ (we didn't need electricity). There are showers but no toilets (we had been told ahead). There were two other campers but we were able to park below for a bit more privacy. The area is beautiful and there's lots to see and do.
The place was actually full, but we were able to park next to the horses. We were bothered by a lot of flies. Emptying the chemical toilet is possible. The place is expensive for what you get. There is an outdoor shower, but you are very exposed and the water pressure is not very strong. We paid €29 for two people, a dog and a camper.Translating
The view of the mountains is magnificent; it is the real asset of the place. However, there is no waste disposal. The outdoor shower is not enclosed, so it is better to bring a swimsuit. In June, the place was already quite full, with pitches very close together, including those lower down. Little privacy, but the panorama remains exceptional.Translating
Many thanks for the kind welcome. Beautiful, idyllic and absolute peace and quiet. Simply magical! We will return!Translating
We can confirm the positive reviews 100 percent. We stayed for two nights.Translating
Dear Paula, thank you for the friendly and courteous welcome and your uncomplicated, charming manner! A self-sufficient pitch with disposal facilities and the best all-round views, especially the impressive Hochkönig seeming close enough to touch. One thing is certain: you have won us over, and we will return. Ines & EwaldTranslating

We stayed there for one night with two children and a dog. We regretted not staying for more nights. Electricity, water and an amazing view. The welcome was friendly, and they helped us out with coffee. The marmot meadow is half an hour away and was a highlight for our children. Very beautiful pitch!Translating
You cannot stay in nature more perfectly. Surrounded by mountains at Hochkönig, with very varied hikes to the Erichhütte, Wastlhöhe and the marmot meadow near Pichlalm (30 minutes), naturally with refreshments along the way. Nice hosts. An excellent site all around; we used the shower every day. Absolute peace and quiet. Excellent value for money!Translating
Great motorhome pitch, completely uncomplicated and simple. Incredible views and panorama. You rarely find anything like this. We will return, thank you.Translating
Amazing people, beautiful farm ❤️
Great motorhome pitch! Very nice female operator! Very quiet and uncomplicated. I will definitely return. Electricity and fresh water available. Emptying gray water is somewhat awkward; you have to dispose of it through a hose or fill buckets. The drain is a little farther away.Translating
You cannot stay more idyllically. Surrounded by mountains with wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Nice female host. An excellent site all around. Absolute peace and quiet.Translating
Quiet location with a great view :)Translating
A fantastic place for campers. A very beautiful view, and Paula, the host, is always genuinely committed to giving campers the best. It begins with a wonderfully warm welcome. This site is very quiet, ideal for anyone looking for somewhere off the beaten track.Translating
This place comes with my strongest recommendation. Paula and her family are extremely nice and helpful. The view is fantastic, directly overlooking the Hochkönig. Lenny, the lovable farm dog, was an especially loyal companion. This corner of the world invites you to relax and unwind. Thank you for the wonderful time. We would gladly return!Translating
Great site, exceptionally beautiful panorama. The owner is very nice and helpful. A highlight was the outdoor solar shower. Until next time....Translating
A fantastic place in the mountains, quiet with magnificent views. Super-nice hosts and a very, very lovely dog.Translating
Excellent location, easy to reach. Nice, polite hosts. We simply drove by at around 8 p.m. and received a pleasant, friendly welcome. The pitch is gravel-covered. Trash bins are available. Electricity is available on site if desired.
Pitch with a magnificent view. The hosts are very friendly, as is the family dog. Emptying gray water is not very easy. Easy access to hiking trails with many marmots.
Beautifully located site at the foot of the Hochkönig. The family and farm dog Lenny are very sweet. We hiked from there up to the Erichhütte (thanks for the tip!), and the hike is highly recommended. The site was recently expanded with another gravel area. The approach is somewhat difficult but manageable. Our highlight was the solar shower with a mountain panorama!
Magnificent waking up in the morning with views of the Hochkönig and across the valley. Very nice host family, courteous and helpful. A real insider tip. We will definitely return.
A lovely place where we camped for several nights. Amazing view. And very nice hosts.
