IC1, 8375, São Bartolomeu de Messines
Been here?
This service station provides free fresh-water filling and grey- and black-water emptying. Ask at the station for the key to the water tap. The installation is basic, and the tap may not fit properly or seem hygienic, while the missing handle can make use difficult.

The intentions are very good, but the tap key did not fit and we did not find it very hygienic, so we left to empty the toilet cassette elsewhere.
Free service area; it deserves to exist and is very useful. And it is free.
Tap is clean, no waiting, free, excellent.
You have to ask the station for the key; they give it to you free of charge. It takes a little while to fill up, but it works! Excellent!
Free emptying of gray- and black-water tanks and filling of fresh water. The gas station gives you the key. Thank you!
If you are traveling on the A2 and use the app's GPS directions, beware of the regional road it takes you on because it is narrow. Fine place to refill water and dispose of wastewater. Ask for the key at the gas station.
Disposal at the gas station. Black and gray water possible. Fresh water can also be filled. Everything free! Helpful gas-station staff also have the key for the water tap. Just ask for it. Thank you for the service!
Ask at the gas station for the tap; you get it free of charge :)
As expected really, we had to use a fork to turn on the tap because it was missing the handle and put the hose into the faucet during to it being a different connection. Other than that we did what we needed to do here
For emptying and filling, very basic, but it deserves to exist and is free, which is rare in the Algarve. There is no handle, but pliers work very well. Good flow.
We stopped only to discharge gray water.
We bought gas and after asking, we got the handle for the water valve free of charge at the gas station. Also possible to discharge the waste for free.
Ask the man to open the water.
No way to charge water.
Free water and waste disposal.
