This is a large daytime parking area close to the lake, with space reported for a 6m van and a 5 minute walk to Cannobio. It has no services apart from bins. July arrivals should be before 11h, and the area is especially suitable in the low or shoulder season.

Suitable for vehicles up to six meters! Arrive before 11 a.m. in July...
Certainly ideal in the low or shoulder season. Apart from paper bins, there is nothing, but water is available at the spring 1.8 km away, or everything you need, including clean showers, at the official campsite for €25 all-inclusive per day.
Excellent place—very central, while the edge is quiet.
